Jaimi S.Waited 30 minutes for assistance. Only one person at desk, another roaming around while 5 customers waited in line. Mileage listed was not correct. Gas level was not correct. Seems it was all increased slightly in order to be able to charge me more upon return. Used the vehicle for less than 30 minutes, returned it and waited about 15 minutes for get checked in. Didnt bother to point out the photos i had showing the mileage was incorrect, wasn't worth my time for a few dollars. Really disappointed in the experience.

Stacy M.They didn't have the furniture dolly yet I was charged for it. Also, I was never asked to verify the mileage which became a problem on drop off when I was charged for going over the allotted mileage for my rental. Yet, I only drove from San Antonio to Willis, TX which is less than the 275 mile rental. I went from pick up less than 8 miles then drove to my home in Willis and then to drop off. Definitely within the mileage stated in the agreement but of course I can't prove it. Actually it wasn't even told to me upon drop off. Only noticed it when my credit card was charged. So, I believe I'm owed the rental cost of the dolly plus the charge for mileage - so roughly $70.
Paul S.Furniture dolley's and Regular Dolley couldn't be provided by location. Location didn't notify us until 7:30pm the night before we were to pick up the truck, which was scheduled for 7:30am. A lock was also not provided on the rear cargo door.

Frances G.I just wanted to thank Jacob Ybarra at the Vance Jackson / 410 location in San Antonio. I was irritated that the electronic / cellphone check-in option didn't work as smoothly as I had expected so I had to go inside for assistance. This required Mr. Ybarra to check me in and I was irritated and not very nice. In fact, I was a rude jerk. I was able to calm down and I apologized to him for my behavior before I left. But I wanted someone to know how great Mr. Ybarra was: He never lost his professional demeanor and treated my better than I likely deserved. Please put a good word in for him, somewhere in his file. His supervisor out to know that he's got a great employee, a great individual working for him. ¡Gracias!

We called and were informed that the truck was at another location across the highway. We made it over and picked up the truck before they closed. I turned in the truck a day early but was charged full price for two days.

Paul B.The right mirror was not tightened. I had no right view when I left the lot. Very disturbing when you don't have a rear view mirror. I fixed the mirror by tightening the set screw. The vehicles were parked too closely which made it difficult to pull out. I did the remote check-out but ended up waiting in line anyway to get my key. The check-in process went smoothly.

Crystal S.dropped off trailer on time. did not receive any paperwork - was told it would be emailed to me. The next day, I got a call from the location asking me when I was going to return the trailer. I told them I had already returned it. Later that day, I received a receipt by email. I would've been happier to have gotten a document when I dropped it off.
