I am appalled that renting from uHaul has grown to be such an expensive experience... not only are your rates now very high - but charging $35.00 for what you claimed to be 40 miles of travel?? and when I add up where I actually went.... google maps and my calculator tell me I only traveled 35.7 miles (not 40!) - yet you charged me for 40 miles? No, I will very likely not be using uHaul again soon nor will I be suggesting it to others. There are alternatives that are not so expensive....AUBREY M.

My issue is that I did inspection and was fine gas was below 3/4 uploaded picture and made comment. Turned in vehicle and paperwork said it was 7/8 full this was way off by a lot not even close to negotiate this is Uhauls issue or technical issue not mineADOLPH D.

The wait is ridiculous and they came out I was checked in and paid and the guy told me I need to move the 5*8. And then left I waited 30min and he never came back. I then went inside and talked with other guy and the one that was outside said he told me I needed to go inside but in fact he did not. Then I got to my location and come to find out they left a pad lock on the trailer and then I had to wait for them to come and take the lock off. As much as I have been using uhaul the last couple of months this is the worst pickup...Brandy R.

The mobile check-out process is not quite as straighforward as described on the website, with a lot more steps in the process, but once you start to follow the steps it gets easier. The member of staff who helped me was very good, very pleasant and helpful.Simon S.

Unfortunately, I had ordered a dozen furniture pads. The location did not have any available. I will give kudos for the representative trying to locate some for me; however, most other locations did not have any.LOUIS G.
Overall the location was very good. A bit slow and the guy who did the reservation was probably not the typical customer service person. He had the look on his face of boredom and didn't want to be there. He was not rude, or unfriendly, just not a people person and moved as slow as possible. Pick Up was somewhat inefficient. We entered our information online before the rental, then at pick up, the Uhaul personnel seemed to have to start from scratch with our personal information and rental details.Jodi K.

Improving masking/distancing implementation for inside the facility. We had to go inside to work out the reservation issue (listed below) and therefore didn't have a choice about engaging indoors. The lack of masking/distancing being followed by neither employees nor most other customers was disheartening and unsafe. Equipping employees to care more about the customer experience. We reserved a 10' truck which was switched to a 15' truck without our knowledge. In a 10' truck we wouldn't have had to tie down our items, but in a 15' truck we would. We asked if we could receive rope since the reservation was trained and the employee response was "no, but we sell rope". It was frustrating/disappointing to have an reseveration changed and then not be served in a helpful way as we tried to pivot our own plans.CARY T.

Not to be treated like I was not going to bring back the uhaul the guy had me get my phone from my truck as well as my secondary person called and made sure our phones rang I did not get treated like that when I rented a uhaul just the week prior as well as when I turned around to look back at him he had an iPhone taking pictures of my license again I did not get treated that way the week prior.SHEILA H.

I had a reservation 5 days prior for a 26' truck. I was unable to get my truck, and wasted 5 hrs searching for a truck, and had to settle on a 10' truck. No one ever called me back, customer service is the worst, 45 min wait times on the phone and then they just hang up. I am owed $50 for my reservation being cancelled, and I want to know when it will come.TRAVIS K.
