I told them be fair as I cause you will pay more later!! So since They wouldnt pay the difference Ill have to get my Attorney Brother Who works for the DOJ to get my los back!! Poor customer service!!

KEVIN J.Mobile check-in process took me longer than I expected, the website kept kicking me out randomly, but the representative (don't remember his name) was incredibly well-organized and polite. After-hours drop off was a little stressful because the website warned me not to block any entrances but I wasn't sure where to park besides in the line of vehicles that had been dropped off - and it took me a little bit to find the key drop off (could have been better illuminated or otherwise more noticeable) but overall a great experience.

Aaron M.The general manager was rude and disrespectful on the phone. I called to ask a question prior to picking up the equipment I rented. I did not get a chance to talk to him in person when I picked up, but shared about my experience with the person who helped me, who shared that he got multiple complaints about the GM that day. The staff who helped me was wonderful, which was nice.

Jennifer V.We had a horrible experience and would like a full refund. When we picked up the truck, the driver side mirror was missing. The staff tried to tape it on because there was no other truck available. It took over an hour and our move was delayed. The movers we hired through uhaul we're waiting at our house for 45 minutes to get started because the truck was being repaired. The mirror fell off repeatedly during the day and we had to use bungees and ropes to hold it on. We even resorted to driving with the window down and holding it out the window!!

Jeff W.Customer service is horrible. Took half an hour to checkout with no other customers ahead of me when I entered. Attendant pretended she was busy with another employee, and acted as if customers were a bother to her.

I immediately filled it up and put in $125 filling it up to 3/4 of a tank and only used 1/8 of a tank and was not reimbursed. I tried to do the online pickup and the truck I was supposed to rent was in the back and had to ask what to do next since it wasn't clear. After clicking 'my truck isnt available" I was given the first truck in the line. Then after all this I still had to go inside to get the keys and wait on an attendant. There was no person there when I walked in the store and when someone finally walked out, she looked at me, said nothing, and walked across the store. The whole point of the online pickup was to avoid having to go inside and wait on a person. This was all at 8am on a Friday morning.

madeline K.The drop off location had over an 45 min wait, and when I explained to the representative there what I was doing he said “he knew nothing about U-Boxes†and told me to come back the next day. So I did, got access to a U-box and left. Then I was called saying it hasn't been paid for, which I new it was since I set it up online, and told me I had to come back in person and pay. So I changed my flights to go back over there the next morning and once I get there I wait in line again, and a different representative told me everything was was paid and that I was good to go. I never have dealt with such incompetence on a customer service level before this, it truly has boggled my mind. It just makes me glad I didn't go this route when we moved the majority of our stuff.
Thomas B.I was incorrectly charged for the amount of gas that was left in the vehicle. I was given a 1/4 of a tank and returned it with 1/4 of a tank. They said it was less than 1/8 of a tank, but this is false. I am disputing the charge, but I wouldn't recommend this place if this is how they do business
Carlton F.I was charged double and returned the trailer I rented an hour before it was due. My order # is 21908953. I was told I would be credited for the extra charge and I have not seen that come through and I was not given any type of confirmation # or email verifying I would be refunded. I would like an email or phone call to confirm I am receiving a refund for being overbilled.
