I was happy with the service and the vehicle. But disappointed to learn after receiving my receipt via email that I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. The pickup bed was already dirty when I got the vehicle and it had rained almost all day. I have rented dozens of vehicles over the years and never have heard of or have been charged a cleaning fee. I thought vehicles were normally always washed anyway upon return. I don't believe I did anything excessive to warrant an additional charge. That would be my biggest complaint but prior to that I was quite happy with everything there.

Staff were surly and rude as if my presence was a blight on their existence. I had one question about the price and the employee literally huffed at me in exasperation. Overall my interaction at this location made me resolve to never use U-Haul again.

I had an issue with one of your representatives, she was very rude and made an accusation as if I was lying about needing help. I was offended and addressed the issue with the manager that heard the conversation. I don't believe anyone in a customer service should ever treat or talk to a customer the way she did. I was disappointed but gave a decent review on the location due to the other representations I have interactions with there where decent.

Never received any information that my pickup location was moved to 30 miles away from the original location in the reservation. Did not find out until arriving at the first place and having to call in to figure this whole mess out. If this were based on the original location, everything would have been poor

They should alway be a manager on site. Your need to stop hiring what Irresponsible being that applies. I was insulted by A black African American girl who choose to make fun of me and sent me outside in the snow to wait while she served her Kings, ( 5 white man's and 2 oldest white ladies standing behind me in line ) and I asked her whom? One of the guys response and said, "me get the fuck out and go wait just like she said. she started laughing and makes funs of my accents when I tried to explain to her that I had to go work because I been waiting in line just like everyone else, so why dont she just check me out so I can leave? She decided to call 91, after asked to speaks with her manager. She call 911police and told them that I was there to steal truck and harass customer's which I is false because I was there to return a truck that I had rented for 3 days. I was the first in line, as waited my turn. She was call to come assist with the line but she came with some stinky ghetto attitude and took my keys and told me go wait outside until she done dealing with everyone else because the social distances policy only permitted six people into the building at a time. My response to her was, can you please just finish my process so I can just go because it snowing outside and I can't be in there either. Her response was, "it either you take your African ass outside and wait or I'll call the police to come kill your stupid ass. Although, there's are Eight other white customer standing in line behind me waiting to be service as well. The police came and surrounded the car that came to pick me up and I told them what happened and showed them my paperwork. I never have no weapons . Luckily these officers were cooperative which they apologized to me and told me leave because she was wrong. I'll never in my life rent there ever again. I hope she get fuck to death.

The trailer had motor oil and auto parts on the floor. I had to clean out the oil before I could use it because I was moving furniture and I didn't want to get any oil on the furniture. Also I was charged for your insurance when I said I didn't want the insurance. I had to go back to the store after dropping off the trailer to get a refund.

Everything was perfect. Truck was clean and ready to go. I didnt have to wait in line long. Clerk who rented me the U Haul truck was polite friendly and efficient. I've been here multiple times for my business - They always do a first rate job.

Better customer service by Afro American inside your store, was having a problem uploading my ID card and I think it's important to have some kind of device that associates or customer support can be implemented to assist with this issue I lost an hour and a half dealing with the issue.

Disclose your inflated gasoline charge before people leave with a vehicle. If you expect someone who drove 30 miles to fill the tank when done, you should have your cars full. I was given a price of $47 for 40 miles with my rental. I had the van for less than 4 hours and it was given to me with less than half a tank of gas. Plus there's some bullshit fees that weren't disclosed either until after I dropped the vehicle off. Shady dealings for sure

Over charged from what rate was discussed and when I came to pick up the truck the guy sped out of the parking lot with it. When I went in to all the other guy if that was my truck he said yes. I asked if he was getting gas or something. “ no personal use” unbelievable

Everything went so smooth! The truck was all hooked up to the tow & was nice & warm when we got in. The nice man who told my husband & myself how to hook everything up before we towed our car was exceptionally nice! We were confident that we knew what to do once we arrived to hook up our car. In trying to do contactless check in, I was given the wrong truck number which meant lost time for the move and way too long in sub zero weather. There are way too many hidden charges-- 39.95 is so deceptive and charging 4.50 a gallon for gas is just plain gouging.

I found damage on the van 30 miles east of St. Paul, but I sent a picture of the rusty dent on the roof, indicating it was old, and its related broken plastic trim piece to the store manager, and he noted it as previous to my rental. I did not get charged for it, so I'm happy.

I was invoiced for 1 mile over the 255, but charged $1.43 instead of $.43. Returned truck properly cleaned with 1/2 tank of gas MORE than I was given. Maybe I should send UHaul a bill for MY cleaning fee and extra fuel. Very disappointed with this ridiculous charge.

Our reservation had been changed from Brooklyn Park to Hwy. 280 in St. Paul. When we arrived the manager was horrific. When my husband told him we were there to pick up a trailer for a 12:00 noon reservation, the manager told him that NO reservation ever has a time on it (what???) and that the trailer we were there to pick up would not be there until 1p. When my husband told him we definitely had paperwork showing a 12:00p pick-up, the manager told my husband he could either wait in our car for the trailer - or “just leave”. Although our state has a mandatory mask policy in place, the manager was not wearing one. We waited in the.car, actually trying to find a different location to rent from (we did NOT want to give them our money), when a young man came out and said we could drive to University Avenue in St. Paul and pick up a trailer. We left and went to the new location. The team there was excellent and out drop off in Knoxville was excellent. Very unfortunate to have had to deal with the manager at the location on Hwy. 280.
