Vehicle was not in good condition. Windshield visor broken. Gas tank not full, left rear tire low, engine light on. No radio. Vehicle reservation switched at last mi minute to this location not convenient for me. Not a good experience.

Cannot access parking lot from side street. Hard to get into lot when traveling west on Belt Ave especially with trailer.
Peter A.I am in a business that requires frequent rental of a covered 5'x8' trailer; several times, even though I have put in a reservation early for this type of trailer, the reservations have been poorly handled, so that no trailer is available at the rental I site I prefer; I have been sent to other locations, where no record of my rental has been forwarded. When I finally got a trailer, just a few days ago, this same scenario occurred again; I was sent to another location, and they had no record of my rental; in addition, although the representative at that site finally obtained a trailer for me, when I returned to our storage location to load up the trailer, the door to the trailer was pad-locked, so we had to purchase bolt cutters to get into the trailer to load up. Frankly, if there was an alternative to UHaul, I would certainly use it.

linda D.I went there at my pickup time and a sign was on the door stating the employees would be back in 30 mins for lunch. I waited an hour and half with other customers who were angry. I ended up picking my trailer up two hours late. It was the same when I returned it. Sign in the window, I opened the door (manually) and was told by the employee inside that they were on break and couldn't help me. I dropped off the trailer anyways and left.

Monica K.By U-Haul experience was a pretty big problem. First started when I wasn't able to get the trailer where I had ordered it from. And then once trailer was picked up it was a lock on the trailer that we couldn't get off and then when it was returned I was told it wasn't returned and that there was gonna be a problem. It all worked on the end but it was a nightmare

They sent me to another location and offered me a $3 discount (after an hour of waiting) before that other location gave me a $50 discount.

She was just like dropping off… ok u will be emailed a receipt. Ok thanks bye. I did drop the truck off early, so I thought the total would be a little different. But because it was like ok key get out, I didn't get to ask any questions.

Everlena G.Have a better customer service employee. Had to load up myself. Waited on employee. Walked back in he was on his phone. Looked at me and said how can I help you after having me wait 11 minutes. He forgot I was waiting for him. I rent from uhaul all the time and this is not my first encounter where employees don't want to do there job. When does a customer have to load a trailer without anyone properly training them on what to do? Who's at fault the customer or the employee if something happens. Yes there is a video you can watch when you return it but it needs to be mandatory that the equipment is properly connected to the customer vehicle by uhaul employee. This is a ongoing problem that needs to be addressed to mitigate issues in the future.
