There was a giant puddle which gave me trench foot and lead to my foot being amputated. The chared remains of a bird fell from the powerlines and smashed my window. This store is crazy.

There was a different young man at the counter on each day, the day I checked out and the day I returned, and they were both outstanding. Nice personalities, good communicators, friendly; they seemed to understand the purpose of their jobs and what customer service is about. Both seem to me to be on management track. Also the man who checked in my vehicle in the lot was wonderful, friendly, good sense of humor. I also liked the men who are at the corner offering help moving. I might come back to this location if I need help lifting some carpet.

The service agent added an extra 50 miles to bill and Mary at the San Rafael office said my only recourse is to call the 800 customer service line to discuss this issue. No one answers the 800 line number. This is fraud and I am going to dispute the bill. Please contact me. 415-994-6937

I think asking customers to fold the blankets that they rented or you will charge them a fee is pretty ridiculous. That type of nickel and diming is just bad business and is what creates a not so positive reputation. Otherwise, my visit and experience was very good.

I don't think the vehicle was sanitized at all and there was some food leftovers inside the cabin and steering wheel was sticky (disgusting) and the 12V outlets didn't work. Mirrors were not easy to adjust. And you guys have to install reverse camera or at least sensors! Invest some of your earnings into these cars to provide the basics! I couldn't write this feedback on my return form because I was freezing trying to find the hidden key drop box on the return location. Other than that, I had no problem with the car and the agent at pick up location was very helpful.

I had an issue with the trailers curtain door. The preload spring got tangled with the metal line that holds the door open and closed, it had to be cut in order to release it from being stuck. Fortunately I had some cutting pliers handy other wise it would've been a massive inconvenience to my day it not being able to shut close the trailer

The truck didn't run well, there was no gas in the tank, and when I returned it the manager tried to overcharge me. Definitely not the uhaul I'm used to.

I drove exactly 12 miles. I put 2 gallons of gas in the vehicle before returning it. Notice on the bill they charged me an additional 3 gallons of gas. Total bullshit.

Worst experience of my life. Customer service rep told me the website is useless to make reservations and they changed my pickup location the day before, which included a second toll bridge. Not acceptable at all. Never using uhaul again.

yesterday was exceptional: no lines, quick/easy check-in, new and clean truck. All went well. most other times i've been to this location, there aren't enough people working, and the lines are long, and it takes way too long to check-in.

Every staff member was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. We reserved the cargo van online however when we went in to pick up the van and the staff pulled up our order, it gave a completely different day rate and mileage rate. It took a bit of time for the staff to figure out why it was different. The rate in store worked out in the end. When we dropped off the van, it was very quick and efficient.

The management of this branch or business seems to be a little chaotic and difficult to coordinate with as a customer sometimes. However- every other staff member went so far out of their way to make my experience better regardless of some confusion and disappointments caused by poor management- that overall my customer experience was actually very good and satisfying in the end, thanks to all the supporting staff going above and beyond in their operations and effort.

don't tell people they can leave before agent checks them out because the agent skips them since they booked online./.. and then sends them a bill for gas surcharge./ I put a 1.25 gal of gas in van when returning. The over charge for gas is further demonstrated by a vehicle that operates at 20 mpg is used for 12 miles and the fuel surcharge is for 2 gallons. who treats people like that >??>

I had an appoint confirmation for 1:30 pm and when I arrived Ed at U-haul the Customer Service person said it was for 12:15 PM and the install technician had left. I showed them my confirmation on my phone with the 1:30 pm time, but I had to rebook and come back.
