Uhaul needs to do a better job of communication. I ordered this truck over the phone and also talked to the guy when I picked the truck up. I asked several questions regarding returning the truck. we are NOT movers and most of us never have done this before. NO ONE said to me if you bring the truck back late you are gonna mess someone else life up because they are waiting for the truck to be returned. There is A LOT of assuming going on.

Dropping off on Saturday was incredibly busy but a young man simply took the keys and checked out the vehicle and I did not have to wait in the line to check in. It is probably fine to leave the keys in the drop box, but it makes me nervous. Pickup was even easier.

I smell odor the moment I step in the shop. It located on a busy road and parking is limited. Most importantly the truck I got has 171k plus miles on it and neither the A/C nor heat fan is working. Truck like that should not be in business.

Everything was great. Only problem I had was that the steering wheel had a lot of play in it. Like the tires and the wheel might need to be checked I felt like I was driving all over the place. Customer service was amazing I can't remember the young ladies name but she was extremely helpful with a pleasant attitude as well as the gentleman.

The staff at check-in was ill prepeared and they took a long time and details of my rental were not updated properly even though I did the online checkin.. Credit card machine was not working, the truck had a defective mirror. The only good thing was the service when I dropped off the truck.

The female clerk that morning was very off setting. She complained the while time about not wanting to be at work and hiw tired she was. She showed very poor professionalism .

Horrible experience from front desk to truck breakdown hours on phone no resolution took 2 days to what should have been 6 hours. Run in with storage mgr. due to transmission fluid all over lot truck did not lock all my things overnight in open lot only to be unloaded into another truck I had to get to be unloaded into storage. Nightmare!!!!

When the door on our trailer became stuck before we left the location we were moving from, we called the Roseville/Gratiot location - they dispatched someone in about 40 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Much appreciated!

The first truck had a flat tire they gave me. The second showed it had 3/8th tank of gas. In reality it was on empty. I drove 8 miles and had to put gas in it. When I dropped the truck off no one cared about the gas even though I returned it with 3/8th of a tank like I was supposed to. Very disappointed.

Both of the back tires were close to being bald on the cargo van that I rented. This resulted in a flat tire that required road side assistance and caused me to run over an hour behind in my schedule. The van should never have been rented out with the tires being in such bad condition. Very disappointing.

Provide a truck in good repair. Bad suspension, too much play in the steering wheel, broken orange head lamp, tons of body damage and poorly working power steering when driving slow or at a stop. This last issue made maneuvering in tight spaces very tough with a 26' truck.

The best recommendation I could give to make this location better is to make more parking spaces available for customers. it is a small lot and very confusing when you pull in. We, and everyone else there, ended up parking in "designated" spaces for rental vehicles that were empty. Otherwise they were fast and courteous.

I ordered the furniture pads because I was moving wood and they didn't put them in there and I didn't realize it until I got to the pick up. Because I didn't have any padding, there's now a huge chunk missing on the corner of an antique wooden dresser.

Was double charged. Charged through an online reservation 216$ and then when I went inside and informed them I had made a online reservation they proceeded to change a few charges for me and then charge me again inside the store for a new amount. Now I have fhe online charge and the in store charge on my bank account for a 1 time use. Will be disputing original online charge for the wrong amount
