After having my 26’ truck scheduled for pickup next to my home for over a week, the reservation was changed to a 15’ the day before a 3k mile move across the country. I was then told that the closest 26’ was over an hour away but we could pick it up still for a measly 250$ discount. Which did not reimburse the expense of diesel and precious moving time. On top of that I’m severely handicapped with 3 permanent disabilities and they would do nothing to accommodate me better after there mistake to get the truck closer to my original location. After finally getting the uhaul I realized the customer service rep was absolutely wrong about trailer hitch size and capabilities. Making us have to go buy a special hitch to put on the uhaul in order to tow my trailer cross country. After all this I am extremely Unpleased. If I’m spending over $2100 on a truck I expect the reservations not to mysteriously disappear and deal with problems nonstop making my trip and stress level much higher.

Over crowded. Did not have equipment available. Sustitution was made yet with no assistance on setting up trailer & loaded auto mobile. Absolutely not customer friendly at all. The General Manager who was assisting us, she was nice yet did not offer any assistance

I’ve moved numerous times in my 28 year career and was very pleased to see a very organized, cooperative staff and above all a Restroom that was spotless, clean, no damages or graffiti anywhere, very pleased, haven’t seen a restroom like this except in newly constructed buildings

I feel like I waited longer at this location than any other. Every time I went into the store I waited around 20 minutes before anyone even asked me what I needed.

Quick and friendly service
