I provided my info online to save time, but there was a glitch in the system and my credit card had to be entered 5 times before it went through. It didn't save me any time, but I hope that this issue has been resolved

Great service! The Gentleman that assisted me with our truck rental was excellent and the lady that was there also addressed me. Upon returning the truck the same gentleman was there and treated me kindly again.

This location highly understaffed, I believe the female manager helped me but very short and kind of rude. It’s happened in the past also. When I returned trailer no one came out to meet me at return area had to go inside and again only one young lady on site, she was polite and friendly though.

I am so thankful for the service that was provided to me yesterday. As soon as I called the girl was able to reserve the trailer I needed. Everyone that helped me was so nice. This is the first time i have ever needed to use U-haul and in the future if I need your services I will definitely go through you guys. I felt the price was very fair. Thank you so much. I will also recommend U-haul to all my friends and family.

did not have to wait but 1 minute to check the truck back in. very friendly customer service person. much better service than the pick up location of rental truck. Very professional.

So i reserved the truck at a different rental location a week prior. The uhaul even gave me a call to change the location of pick up because the original place would not allow 24/7. (I was picking up at 9pm). But when i got to the original location they didnt set up the 24/7 and instead asked me to do a handoff which makes no sense because the uhaul customer service center was already closed. I had to call and wait 30 minutes on the phone with a rep who changed the location again for pick up and it worked out. I would just like to add a complaint on the system of uhaul and its reservatipn process. What is the point of calling me to change the location of reservation if uhaul didnt check if the place didnt do 24/7?

Was charged an extra day, even after I called to say that it was not turned in late. The woman argued with me then said she'd remove the extra day, but never did.

Someone had siphoned gas from my rental truck, leaving one of the gas tubes cut. When I gassed up for the first time, gas began gushing out of the tube. I contacted Uhaul and they sent someone to repair the damage. This was done in a timely manner considering the circumstances, but still took several hours. This caused me to miss a ferry, a B&B I had booked, as well as an important orientation session to graduate studies at the University of Victoria. Ultimately, this resulted in me arriving in Victoria a day late. It seems like Uhaul vehicles are usually rented to move, and moving day is almost always a huge day with many important plans laid out well in advance. Having an issue like this happen on such a day derails those plans entirely and causes an immense amount of stress. I was reimbursed for the price of the Uhaul for that day only, the substantial costs of the ferry ticket, B&B, and wasted gas mileage were left to my personal loss. This does nothing to make up for the 6.5hrs of my time spent in a very stressful situation that ultimately were wasted, missing an important orientation for international students, or the fact that I was driving a vehicle with an open fuel leak that posed substantial risks to me and others. I have heard that siphoning fuel is, unfortunately, common with Uhaul vehicles. It's sad that people are so desperate, but it seems that such a common issue should be checked before leaving customers with faulty and hazardous vehicles.

There is a disconnect between the reservation and the actual locations inventory. In our situation it was very important to have the equipment at a certain time. During the reservation process it was confirmed that the equipment we wanted would be at the location and at the time it was requested. Then I received an email informing that the location and time had changed. Being from out of state and having limited time to go elsewhere, made it a frustrating reservation process. The pickup location was friendly and helpful and the drop off went well. This situation has happened with uhaul before and I’m unimpressed with how they continue to have issues when making a reservation.

The man that checked my pickup truck in was very helpful and gracious. I was charged for a dolly that I never received and didn't want anyway and he reimbursed me for it without question. Thanks, Diane Schott

Pulled right in and the man was very helpful. We did advise the man at the return station that the steering should be looked at since the wheel was off causing my husband to keep over steering. If someone less experienced was driving this could cause a huge accident.

Hire so help for the front desk. We had to wait 30+ min in line to pick up. Only one woman working on a very busy morning before a holiday. Being a Rental company you should know that you’d be extra busy on the last weekend of the month, college starting, 3-day weekend, etc. very frustrating. Experienced the same headache at drop off.

Understaffed. Terrible traffic jam in the parking lot. Cars stuck in parking spaces due to line of uhaul trucks. Staff is rude. Extremely negative experience.
