Location isn't what it used to be. Nor are the vans. Vehicle pulled hard to the right, front passenger tire very worn. Driver's door didn't close with out having to slam it shut. The lady at this place helped me get the truck re ordered when I found out the reservation was cancelled. Just strange why the reservation got cancelled. Also your site to order and to pre pay is very poor and hard to use. Suggestion make the online, easier site to use. The other issue when you try to call U Haul by phone nobody ever answers the call. I was overcharge when I sign the contract they estimate the cost to $47.00 and depends on KM. When I returned they were busy and they took all the money Last month I did the same rental and has more km than today and was charged $27.00.Stephen M.

I drove 18 kms in the truck and it cost $36 for me to fuel it up. I complained that there's no way the tank was truly full when I'd taken it. The manager could care less. Was too busy drinking her coffee and 2 out of 3 staff didn't wear masksAMANDA L.

One of the senior staff was having bit rude behaviour in communication but not the younger one. Also I booked for dolly as well which when I reached for the van wasn't there and I had to do all moving without the dolly which made it super hard for me. Also despite the fact that I didn't get the dolly and the girl at counter told me that I didn't add it in charge but when I got the final receipt I am charged for the dolly. Also I filled the tank to the position at which I got which was just a little over half tank but yet they charged me for Gas I guess 2Litres of it and that too for 2 litres I am charged 11$ whereas it costs only 2.6$ for 2 Litres. Kindly refund the dolly amount as well the amount charged for gas despite the fact I filled the tank to the level I got it at.Malik Fawad N.
Truck rented was a rattle trap and used fuel beyond my belief. The representatives were helpful and friendly. For using the truck for a total of 6 hours I felt it was extremely expensive.ROBERT F.

The two young staff who helped me drop off/check out the UHaul after I was done using it were extremely helpful and very friendly. The truck itself did the job I needed with no issues. The equipment I initially ordered in my reservation were not available unfortunately (dolly and furniture pads). Making sure locations have inventory before making online reservations would be very useful for customers.Chelsea H.

Staff are great here! I've used the location twice in the last year. Payment has been a poor experience both times. The first, there was no option to select which debit account from a card. So I had to go to an atm across the street in order to facilitate paying cash. Most recently, there was an issue during payment that required us repeating the process. Also, no tap/wireless payments can be a hassle for some people. Another customer had to return to their vehicle to get a physical card after finding out they couldn't pay with their phones contactless payment.Joel S.

We had no real issues with the rental. It was a bit pricey perhaps - vehicle rental plus mileage was reasonable. But adding in the cost of fuel made it somewhat expensive. That being said, I don't know that we could easily rent a 15' truck for a couple of hours from one of the car/truck rental companies. I was able to change the rental (from a pickup to the already mentioned 15' truck) at the counter at pick up time, so that was a big plus. And all the staff that I dealt with very customer service oriented and quite helpful and friendly. I would do business with U-Haul again and I would definitely use this location.BARRIE P.

The staff in this location is very friendly and helpful, unlike the one's at Broad St. So if ever I need U-haul again, I would definitely go to Park St.Ramon G.

The computer system was awful. I made a in person booking the day before because the website did not show the right inventory. When I went to pick up it took 30 minutes to process. The people were courteous but the tool or their use of it was awful.Scott L.
Truck wasn't swept out. Parking lot is so small and so condensed that the trucks are hard to get out and no one offered to help. The old man who was working by himself was rude and so slow that it took over half an hour per customer and there was a huge line up where more than one customer left before even being seenZachary P.

The wiring on the trailer needed to be fixed so I had to wait for that which wasn't a huge issue. The employees worked very hard and did a good job, however they were severely understaffed and had a hard time keeping up with the constant onslaught of customers (at least 12 in line consistently) making the wait time to pick up the trailer over an hour, even with me having everything filled out and paid for online before I showed up. A more efficient process may be helpful but I don't put any blame on the employees. I would've been losing my shit if I was one of them.Austin F.

There was confusion with the staff member who checked my fuel gauge. He indicated I should go to the gas station and put in MORE fuel so as not to incur a $33 fee of some sort. I spent $45 to get the fuel level to at least the same level as when I got the truck from the Moose Jaw location. The staff member then informed me he had made a mistake and apologized. I was also not impressed that, after being told there were no trucks available in Regina (upon booking two days prior), there were multiple trucks sitting at this location. Left me to wonder if I had made an unnecessary trip to Moose Jaw at extra expense to myself.Aaron B.
