The staff at this location were very disrespectful and liked to joke openly about the people coming in to rent. They often left the front desk to go outside and became irritated when I tried to ask a question. The equipment itself was absolutely fine but I would hesitate to go into this particular facility again. I felt like they were dismissive and at one point even rolled their eyes at customers. ( I’m Donna Harper, I made the initial reservation. My husband Brian was merely the driver so I’m unsure why his name is on my email!)

Trailer was quite worn. Hitch especially. We had a hell of a time keeping the hitch in the ball Im fact. Popped up on us when driving the vehicle onto the trailer causing damage to the tow vehicle. And now uhaul has decided it doesn't want to answer my emails regarding our safe tow claim so that's wonderful

Making the reservation by phone was fast, picking up the truck took a bit longer (about 15 min - it was busy), but the process went smoothly. I was told how much gas was in the tank, and the lady at the desk was kind enough to pull the truck out for me from where it was parked. They allowed me to leave my personal vehicle on the lot, which was great. Before leaving the lot, I snapped a photo of the dashboard (to be able to compare the mileage and the gas level). After finishing my move and just before returning the truck, I snapped another photo. On my bill, they had reported a lower starting mileage than what the odometer read, resulting in them charging me an extra $10 for mileage I did not use. Luckily I had the photo. The manager still has not gotten back to me to resolve this. The extra $10 is not the issue here. I wonder if this is an isolated incident, or if these types of mileage “errors” happen frequently to unsuspecting customers. Unfortunately, this is how companies lose credibility. Had the manager resolved this quickly, this would have been a 5 star rating.

1. Appointment booked for 0830 for hitch install on a 2016 Subaru which was ordered online weeks in advance - hitch and wiring harness. Installer arrived to work at 0930. 2. Installer explained hitch install would take 3 hours. I asked why - he said he would need to cut wires to determine correct wiring so lights would work. I explained it is a plug and play (already paid for when booked online). This took some convincing. He eventually "found" the correct harness. 3. A small discount was applied. I had installed a hitch on a similar vehicle 2010 Subaru Forester in the past - first time, and it took me about 1.5 hours following youtube and written instructions. I suspect if someone who did not know better, may have been taken advantage of.

Train ALL of your staff. There was a total error in my scheduled truck. I had secured a 26ft for 10 am and was told it was for 1:15 then when I came back at that time was told there was no booking at ALL. After much discussion one of your employees made a compromise and I got a 20ft with a 6 ft trailer making my move more difficult. But at least he made it right.Still poor service and one women there needs serious customer service training! She is VERY rude!

When i tried to pick up the truck through the website it said my phones location couldnt be found or some error like that and i couldnt proceed. So even though i filled out my stuff online i still had to go into the store. It was fine but if i were picking up outside of store hours i would have been stuck.

Have more customer service agents available so the line up/wait time to pick up your u-haul trailer doesn't take so long.

When I went there to reserve a cargo van and pick same time the two ladies were working there in morning around 10:30 were very rude.i would never go to this location again.

Check engine light was on when I get the truck, so I told the representative in the store and he said "don't worry about it, it's a Ford" and then continued helping another customer. A little more information would've been nice. Most importantly, they told me to fill the truck up to 7/8 of a tank, but the truck was only 3/4 full when I got it. I think whoever checked the fuel gauge read it wrong, and the U-Haul employees just didn't double check it. I will definitely try and find another truck rental company next time.

I found this visit extremely frustrating. If I can help the next customer at all, all I have is listen to the customer the easiest part should be gathering the personal information. Secondly, I felt belittled for not getting extra insurance on a unit I only had for a few hours. I most likely will not be using this company again.

Why book a time for pickup when it's an hour wait due to low staffing levels. Trailer was dirty inside and had to be swept before use. I will do everything in my power to rent at any other location possible.

I noticed that the total charged to my credit card is higher than my total invoice. I will check for the next few days for an adjustment. If there is not one, I will be in to the store to receive it.

The clerk was rude and the equipment was in poor shape. There was so much wind noise from the drivers door I could not hear the radio. I have video if you’re interested. Once again, terrible service and second rate truck. Uhaul should be ashamed!!!

Staff were good,but the need more people working More staff would make the service move from average to above average More secure facility for the uboxes is very needed.

1 U-boxes not loaded on trailer at 10 am as I had asked; 2 Staff denied even having my 2 U-boxes; 3 After loading 1 U-box staff promised to have 2nd on trailer when we returned. They failed to do so.
