I have used U Haul for many years and this was by far the worst vehicle I've ever rented. My wife and I are retired police officers. As I was taking care of picking up the vehicle my wife took my granddaughter to the restroom and discovered a gun inside the restroom. My granddaughter was just inches away from the gun. She notified an employee that she found a gun at which time was taken by that employee, later we learned it belongs to an employee. I asked questions about the policy regarding employees bringing a gun to work and was informed that it's not allowed. I find that experience very dangerous and I'm shocked that a incident like that happened. I don't think I would continue using your company anymore. The Customer Service Staff Is the worst I have experienced anywhere That I have rented U Haul I rented now 4 times from this facility in the past 10 days and every single time the reservation was incorrect Wrong equipment one reservation was doubled the website does not work onsite And several of the team members really have a Bad attitude so sad cause I need to rent every week for the next 3 months and this location is less than a mile from my house And I'm stuck with this horrible serviceJohn J L.

I haul reservation sent me to a u haul store that did not have a car carrier in 3 month. When finally drive to the Petrine store, they did not know if they had a car carrier , finally they were returning one which the office did not know. A lot of hazleEDGAR B.

Arrived to rent a trailer and there was a line of people waiting while every employee was out front smoking and drinking their morning latte, completely uninterested in helping anyone; that is until I asked if they worked here? They were visibly upset that they got busted and begrudgingly assisted the already upset customers. Then I forgot my trailer light connector and was told to buy another and keep the receipt and return it when I bring the trailer back. Well I did as instructed and ironically your morning morons were gone and the new crackpot team had no interest in hearing anything about it. It's only $20 but I run a significantly larger business and if anyone one of my employees demonstrated that kind of behavior they would be escorted off the premises, but hey we all have choices and mine isâ€¦â€¦I'll never do business with this location again and probably Uhaul as well.Richard G.

1. There was no one in line ahead of me. Yet, the customer service representative made me wait while he finished something he was doing on the computer without any explanation. However, after that he was kind and accommodating. 2. I saw a different customer service representative when I returned to pick up my jeep which had had a trailer hitch installed on it. He lacked good communication skills. He asked me my name. Then he asked me my address, and I didn't quite understand why. When I asked him if he was having difficulty locating my order, he told me that he was asking for this information for my warranty. It would have been helpful if he had communicated more fully from the start.JOHN C.
