Everything was great except for having a $20 after hours dropoff fee. I shouldn't have to download an app to dropoff a truck and leave the key.

Had to wash and clean the trailer myself, was sent out with some of the lights not working , got stopped. Wouldn't think Uhaul would give such a old and dilapidated piece of equipment to a customer let alone have it in their fleet.

I was actually just blown-away with the prompt, efficient service. I believe it was Theresa who helped us rent a van - and she knew her stuff. The van's interior was spotless, which was a welcome surprise. We filled the tank as instructed and the return was seamless. A great well organized rental system. Highly recommend.

Staff outiside was rude. The 1st truck was so dirty they had to give me a second truck that was less dirty. The staff and inside employee was very slow and busy while the 3 employees outside stood around.

Very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I can't remember her name but she's very personable and funny.. She even let me borrow a hitch sleeve for my truck, it was a last minute haul and my hitch sleeve was home in my garage. I returned it the next day.

When paying over 2k for rental truck you expect it to be clean and the equipment to be ready. Very disappointed.

The lady at the desk answered the phone with a "Would you just shut the fu... Oh hello!" So that was weird, and then I told her I had been delayed in picking up my truck and she responded with, "Ugh.... I guess I'll put you in for 12:00 pick up..." So the demeanor of the front staff is pretty awful, but the other staff in the back was great. Gracias.

Very impressed at the ability to check online your needs, costs, and reserve the equipment. I was really blown away at checking in and the equipment out once arriving from my phone. To easy and no time wasted. Checking back in was even easier and BAM! I was on my way.

Every time I rent a vehicle I double check if the vehicle is there and every time I'm directed incorrectly! I have to go to two locations before I went the u-haul directly (the 3rd location) to get a cargo ban instead of a truck. Very unprofessional. The car and on location service was fine!

Great customer service and friendly associate I was able to get in and out with the help of the team at the A1A location in palm beach gardens .

I was frustrated because when I got to the location to pick up the uhaul the virtual sign in wasn't working. It kept leading me to the truck I was assigned but wouldn't approve it. By the time the store opened there was a line for customer service. Luckily everyone allowed me to go first since I was there at 8:15. Come to find out the truck I was assigned hadn't been checked in and the trucks out back were not in order so the lady helping me had a lot to figure out. And other people were in the parking lot just as frustrated by the online checking in service that wasn't working for them either.

Truck was not easily found at mobile pick up, the map showing where it was parked was not accurate. Then the code to open it was incorrect. But a very nice employee noticed I was having a problem with it and came out and helped. Aside from that, everything went very routinely, and drop off was made easy.
