Identify entrance doors to be used by customers. There are multiple glass doors which stay locked off the parking area. Staff are efficient and welcoming.

I used a U HAUL vehicle. I should be charged one day rent + 10 miles. which should $20+ 10 miles $12 FYI, I filled a gallon of gas as well. when I rented the truck gas level was marked wrong on my sheet. Since I used 10 miles even if you charge, you can charge me for gallon which will be under $3. How can you charge me $74.55? have the store manager call me. I need explanation.

The 15' truck was loose feeling in the steering. I recommend checking alignment and especially camber as the front wheels looked to have different degrees of positive camber. The truck was difficult to keep straight in a smooth fashion.

I set up the pickup location for a different place and I spent about 45 - 50 mins waiting in line and found out they didn't have a trailer. You all should be clearer that the trailer is not at a specific location. I love Uhaul and you all do a fantastic job, but our time as customers is important. I spent too much time in line and then i had to drive another 40 minutes round trip to another location to pick up the uhaul.

Equipment like furniture dolly wasn't availableâ€"I had to go buy one at Home Depot. The appliance dolly's wheel kept slipping off and wasn't usable. Teresa was very helpful and great service-she made up for the equipment being unavailable by taking it off the bill. The truck inside was grimy and dirty. The staff were friendly. It just appears that management oversight needs improvement.

they dont answer phones, could not communicate with anyone in that office so I called customer service and that person told me that location was open 9 to 9pm, when I got there, no one was there , they close at 7pm. GOOD LUCK trying to get anyone answer phones there. Will never use uhaul again, horrible service

The guy who checked me out failed to explain how to return the truck back after hours. I did not know I can checkout by mobile phone after hours, it cost me so much time to drive back 30 miles round trip and frustration to checkout on time because of I did not they will do it for a fee of $20 dollars and that's ridiculous and clear theft to charge that amount of money to put back the rental back in the system. Clearly I will never trust them again.

Made mistake with the gas and didn't identify that there was damage to the truck. Had to have them come out twice to mark it on the receipt. Then they charged me for gas and I had to call. The supervisor did correct it asap. Thank you for him.

Although the above ratings are very good, this was my THIRD location in the same day after my first 2 reservations were either "lost" or truck was not there. After waiting 5 hours and 2 disappointments from my original reservation, I went to the North Palm Beach location in an emergency and thankfully they were able to help me. Overall- terrible experience

The truck engine was strong, and pulled our load and trailer just fine. The issues I had with the truck involved the gas cap not sealing properly, leading to false "check engine" lights across the country. Also, we hit that big mid-west rain storm system, and discovered that the cab leaked from the seat-belt spindles and onto the driver and passenger. We had to improvise paper towel "plugs" in order to wick the water away from the people in the cab. When unpacking, some water damage to a box was also discovered, recommend a thorough inspection to check and fix leaks. One more thing, my knee is killing me after 4k miles, could you maybe consider putting in a cruise control for these trucks? Anyway, we got here safe without a breakdown, and the AC blew cold.

Theresa and the crew were very helpful to get me in and out in a short time! Even though I had reserved online, the best way to do business is face to face! I have used this location multiple times before and have always had a great experience. NOTE: DON'T expect this from gas stations who have no trained personnel to help out as you try to rent a truck or trailer. Deal with the best at North Palm Beach U-Haul!! Disclaimer: I am a paying customer and not associated with the store whatsoever and freely submit this review!

When I got to uhaul they claimed they did not have my truck nor any of the supplies I reserved. Walked out to the back and saw 5 trucks that were of the same size I reserved . When I questioned your employee, he just walked outside and started a truck up and brought it out. No apologies. Had to buy a dolly as none of the supplies that I reserved were available either. He helped the previous customer nicely but not me. Saw I was white and could not be any more disinterested in helping. I honestly think you should refund my entire fee or at least reimburse me for having to buy a dolly that you should have reserved. I even verified the reservation twice, last a day prior. I may even report this to the appropriate officials for potential racial bias. I would never use you again and will tell all I know to never use you as well. What a horrific experience and I personally never had to write anything like this before. Good riddance.

Don't send anyone to the Okeechobee location. The staff at N Palm Beach were really friendly and courteous and got me in and out with the equipment I wanted in no time. My experience at other locations nearly had me give up on Uhaul altogether.

UHaul changed my pickup location 3 times for my move and I was not given a reason for even an apology for this. I got snarky comments from UHaul in Palm Beach as they didn't care that I had to drive and it made me late meeting my movers on both sides of the move.

We reserved a truck for 7am pickup on Sunday morning. The truck was parked behind 4 other trucks and we had to wait until 9am for the employees to arrive. We called customer service at 7:30am and were advised that there was nothing that could be done. We waited 2 hours and had to pay our helpers during the delay.
