My chosen rental was available, so I had to get a different one. I went all the way to Colonel Glenn to pick up my rental, only to be told when I got there that the truck was at Cypress. When I got to Cypress, the keys to my assigned truck couldn't be found & had to be assigned yet another truck. At turn in, the app kept failing. After 20 minutes on the phone with a rep failed to get the app working properly I was put on hold to be transferred to live check-in, which then abruptly disconnected.

The truck had something spoiled in the cup holders trash in the door holders entire was on all the time I called right after I hit the truck they said it was fine and i could call roadside assistance no one went over the damage to the truck before I got it

Make sure the most up to date correct pictures accompany the equipment, the dolly had tons of damage, but the pictures made it appear brand new free of damage.

I reserved both a truck and an appliance dolly. However when I arrived for the pick-up I was told they only had my truck and no a single dolly in the store. And I would have to drive to Conway, AR to get one. I replied with, I don't need it when I get to Conway I need it here now. Meaning by the time I get to Conway I will already have the truck loaded and be half-way to my final destination.

Have an outdoor check in option you heartless ghouls!!! Have the equipment ready if you do online check in, you make customers go inside and complete the SAME PAPERWORK that was completed on line.

I reserved the truck two weeks in advance from a location 1 mile from my house. 1 day prior the reservation update comes through and the truck has been reserved at a location 15 miles away. I had multiple problems. 1. I'm only provided 50 miles of coverage. Moving the pick up location meant I had to waste 15 miles just driving back home before then driving to my new home versus picking up a mile away. So I ended up going over my mile limit and being charged. 2. I reserved for 2 days at an outrageously high price. When my reservation came through it gave me less than 24 hours. 3. I reserved specifically using the 24/7 Truck share to pick up whenever I needed. When I arrived the truck was BLOCKED!! 2 trucks and a building had it completely blocked. I called 3 different customer service numbers and all of them essentially said, "tough" and I had to sit and wait 2 HOURS for a rep at that location to arrive for work to get my truck. Wasted 2 hours of my move, kept my movers waiting who I was paying by the hour and I'm now 2 hours down on a reservation that I was supposed to have for 48 hours but apparently only had for 24 now 22. To have overpaid, been under served, been forced to drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way and pay for gas to then wait around for hours was ridiculous. I won't be renting from U-Haul again.

Cleanliness: The truck itself was fine, but the previous driver had left a Coke bottle in the cupholder (which he'd been using as a spit bottle). Probably not the sort of thing you'd want to leave in the vehicle for the next renter.

Nothing to improve. The overnight drop off was really convenient because we worked the next day so we couldn't drop off before the time we were told. The prompts guide you through exactly what to do. It was awesome when I logged into my account I could manage the truck reservation from that screen.

Vehicle I reserved was not available. Replacement smelled terrible and was not clean. I was charged the higher mileage rate even while there was an adjustment of the rental price due to my reserving a smaller truck than I actually got..

It was raining when I dropped the trailer off. Kyle was super helpful. Came out as soon as I pulled up didn't even have to get out of the truck.

I had to go to this location because the first place didn't have the trailer I reserved. The owner said uhaul was always over booking trailers. He didn't even show up till 25 minutes after my reservation time. When I got to the second location the owner there acted like it was an inconvenience to him for me to be there. Uhaul is the only company that rents trailers around here. I am very unsatisfied with my experience.
