I had a really good experience from booking through vehicle return. The folks working at the store were friendly, helpful and competent. This general was critical for a time-sensitive purpose, and I was relieved that the rental itself added no additional complications to my task.

Lashawn M.Quit scanning the info on the back of my drivers license. Simply verifying my info by viewing the front should be sufficient. You don't need the input it into your system. I will give you one more chance if and when I need rental, but will not let you scan my license. If you wont rent to me, your loss. Ill find a different vendor.

Jack B.I am still expecting a $50 refund from the reservation guarantee. I had initially rented my uhaul in Cabot AR, but my reservation was cancelled at 12:51 on the day of my reservation (4pm at Other Peoples Treasures Storage). The NLR location was fantastic, but it was still frustrating that I had to arrange a last minute reservation. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I was able to speak to a representative. I understand that the family using the vehicle prior to my reservation extended theirs, however Uhaul has an advertised reservation guarantee, which I would appreciate being honored. ¡Gracias!

Jason S.No comments about pick up or drop off. The rental itself was terrible. The online e process, chat, call back and confirmation process was terrible. The location was changed. I called many times to confirm yet despite being told I would get a call, I did not. I called to confirm. Mileage was not adequate a trip. Mileage may have been ok for most direct route (small country roads) but the way Waze directed us on interstate was further. I was charged for extra miles even though we returned the truck days earlier than required.
Jerry S.I pulled in at the VERY end of a Monday and Hope was FANTASTIC! She took the time to help me get the trailer unhooked and even helped me check it in (although she did not have to). She was truly an example of STRONG customer service.

JIMMY W.please make sure equipment is in working order. its no fun finding out a signal light isn't working by being pulled over. The trailer i rented the passenger side signal light didnt work. But the employee said all lights were working when we tested them. He lied to me, when he could have fixed the problem with a new light.

Jw M.Let me start by saying I Reserved a U-Haul pickup online and when arrived was denied my Reservation because I used my debit card not a credit card even though I had $100 cash for a deposit and was forced to accept a box truck in its place because I was towing my camper to a storage facility to prevent the city from taking it, This entire situation would have never happened if your website would have denied my debit card I would have deposited money in my US Bank card and used it for the reservation instead. It cost me $10 more for the rental $25 in because it's a gas guzzlers and went over my mileage because I missed the sign for the storage facility because the windshield wipers were worn out and could barely see when it started raining, I've never had any problems renting from U-Haul before but after all this I think I'll be look in to other companies for my future hauling and storage needs

Chase G.Be very clear to customers on the time of day when a truck is due back. I said I needed a truck until Sunday, the end of the day that is. I was set up for a 10:00 am return and it was not verbally noted to me upon reserving and picking up. If a customer needed a truck on a Sunday, why would U-Haul believe bringing it back in the morning would be understood. This cost me double the daily rental to bring it back during the afternoon as needed. U-Haul needs to be direct on the time a truck is due back or not have a hardline drawn on return times.
