The young man helping us at the Cypress location had exceptional customer service and made sure every need was met, there wasn't a time I didn't see him working hard. I commend him, and wish I could've had the same experience at the Pick up location on E 26th street.ANTINIA H.

This location has just fallen off of a cliff in terms of service. They used to be pretty good, I used them several times over the years with decent results, but now I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. The manager was shockingly rude with a nasty, entitled, condescending attitude. Others in front of me in line were ignored until they walked out in disgust. This was because the manager took it upon herself to walk into her office, not say anything to anyone in line, hang out there for several minutes, and once she emerged she was only interested in sharing gossip about coworkers with a subordinate. Once she finally decided that it was my turn, she immediately gave me attitude about the fact that I had trouble with the phone app. I asked her to help and my goodness she became absolutely testy at that point. She refused to listen to anything I had to say, just immediately got defensive and played a blame game rather than work towards a solution. I have never been talked down to like that in ANY situation, ever. To add insult to injury, when I returned the trailer at 6pm (1 hour until closing), there was only one employee, and he claimed he would check it in after he finished with another customer and I was good to go. I was a fool to believe his word. The trailer was not checked in until 1:40 pm the next day! So I was charged for an extra day, and the situation is still not resolved after wasting 1 hour on the phone today, because the manager was "somewhere else". This location is clearly dysfunctional and toxic at this point. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.LOREN S.

The U-Haul I was supposed to have did not have keys. I had to get a bigger U-Haul than anticipated and I didn't care to drive it, it was much harderBlair S.

The General Manager was awesome! However, the gentleman I spoke to when I picked up the uhaul lied to me and said when I came back for the car dolly that they hook it up and drive my car onto it. When I went to pick up the car dollythe older man was gone. The General Manager apologized for he said. If I had known I would have brought someone to drive the car up the ramp.LAUREL A.
First off, the price I was quoted for the rental was not the price at the Cypress location in Little Rock, Ar. My truck was on E when I picked it up. After returning to get my trailer (car haul) my car did not fit on the trailer. Trying to explain to that location manager was pointless. In the middle of trying to hook a trailer on the truck, ms. Breanna was having a personal conversation with a male friend of hers the entire process. So after looking for another trailer, the one my car would fit on, had a busted tail light and she didn't have the tools to repair, so she attempted to call another location for equipment. The process was so frustrating and I needed to get on the road. I explained that I didn't want the trailer anymore and a refund instead, she insisted that she could not do it at that location. I was told that when I dropped the trailer off in Tx they would issue it. Of course when I did just that, they informed me that wasn't true. The desoto location made all notations of my incident that little rock did not. Overall, it was the WORST experience at that location site.TIFFANIE V.

Even though I checked in online at the requested location on McArthur Drive in North Little Rock, there was no message that the truck was not available there until I arrived. Fortunately the Cypress Street location was not that far but this did cause a delay in my plans.. Since U-Haul had my email AND phone number a call would have been nice. It did add extra mileage to my trip and for that I was not happy.SANDRA F.

Since I opened my business 22 years ago I probably average using U-Haul twice a year. In 22 years, Bre was absolutely, positively the best customer service I have ever gotten! There was a line when I arrived (at 9:05 AM on the Fourth of July ðŸ˜®) and Bre so efficiently and cheerfully got us all out the door in a timely fashion. This will woman knows her stuff! The initial encounter was not pleasant. The general manager overlooked my presence in the store and asked another guy how can I help you. This is frustrating since I was first in the store. I was also asked to have my cell phone with me and I stated that I did not have my cell phone but the general manager insisted that I have my cell phone as part of a verification process. So I went home to get. The general told me that I was late picking up the truck and that if I did not have the truck back my 12 noon she would have to charge me for two days of rental. I explained to her that this has never happened to me before and that I was not interested in renting again from UHAUL.DARRELL M.

Braunna Henderson and her partner we completely useless helping me apply a one way promo or military discount. We're quick to shift their attention to another customer who needed a hitch in the middle of helping us. LIED about where the gas was and I took a picture and disputed it as I did my inspection of the truck. Weren't helpful by any means and had the WORST customer service. Because they failed to inspect the vehicle correctly I was charged for the gas. Luckily I spent 40MINS on hold to speak to someone about it and I was given a refund for her awful customer service for not applying the promo and for having the gas gauge where it wasn't. Complete pain in the ass because someone wants to be lazy and not help customers. Get out of customer service if you aren't trying to help customers when they come in.DEAN T.
