My only complaint about this location is that access is difficult. Coming from the freeway you have to turn around, but a Uturn is not allowed.

Needed a car dolly on short notice. Very helpful. Liked that I could return it after hours using the app.
I rented a 4×8 trailer for 24hrs and was running late for the return. I did call Adam about the lateness and was told it wasn't a problem but to just make sure I bring it back there before the next day. 2hrs later after my call, I received a call asking when I was coming and I stated I planned to drop off the trailer by 5pm and got there at 5pm but was charged for 2days. If I knew that, I would have kept the trailer for the entire additional day.
Problem with trailer marker lights. Worked for a little while and then went out. I replaced multiple fuses. I tested my 4 way and 7way-4 way connections, which tested and worked fine until i connected the trailer. Within seconds, fuse would blow. I tried another trailer and just fine. I spent over 25 dollars on fuses, 15 dollars on tester and 7way adapter trying to drive safe but had to go from mn to nd and back without marker lights hopeing that i wouldn't get a ticket.
The people helping me were very friendly and easy to deal with.

Once I load my license info onto your site, I should never have to load it again. Yet this latest rental I had to load it again. It should be stored as a part of my account info.

Get accurate gas gauges. Gauge doesn't respond to gas that put in.
Have more than one person scheduled. The person I worked with was very helpful and receptive, and he was moving as fast as he could, but about 6 customers all came in around the same time and there was no way to assist all of them.

The woman, Keria, working the location alone handled all the things, including flow of people coming in, getting rentals out and returned, tech issues, problem solving etc. She was fun and nice and helpful. I'd return there just to work with her again.

The representative was Rude and refuse to rent the truck and was doing the personal business on her phone .
The guy behind the counter helping us was excellent. However, you were having major computer issues which kept us waiting a very long time. Also we rented a trailer that was said to be 4 feet wide. we got across town and realized it wasn't wide enough for the riding lawnmower we were transporting so had to go back and get another trailer that said it was 4 feet wide but that one was and it worked. Please measure your trailers consistently using inside dimensions and fix your computer system. Thank you.
We were supposed to have the truck back by 9am on Saturday and due to the lateness of our food donations on Friday we had to unload on Saturday morning. I tried to extend the rental Friday night to have the truck back by noon and the online system wouldn't let me. I had planned to call this site on Saturday morning and before I could call them, someone from there called and was rude on the phone saying he needed the truck back right now because a customer was standing in front of them wanting the truck. He was very rude and unprofessional. I explained our issue and he was not trying to accommodate at all.
Adam, Phillip and Saccera went out of their way to insure correct numbers to charge to me and they answered every question with professionalism and great skill. Very pleased with the service and the vehicles worked very well.

Truck was parked too close to adjacent truck to be able to get in drivers side, had to squeeze in via passenger door. Had to fold the mirrors of both rental and adjacent truck to be able to back out. Check engine light was on, was told by employee it just needed an oil change. Did not offer another truck despite many other ones to choose from. Employee completely ignored me when I went in to the store for help when the mobile app was giving me trouble. Employee was very quick to run outside as I was leaving to inform me that I needed to move my personal vehicle to another part of the parking lot; The mobile app not only failed to save me any time, it likely wasted 20 minutes of my time.

Online reservations need work. Closest and easiest sites to rent from are hard to find, especially if 2 rentals occur at the same time. Help from a real scheduler was great, but could not have been done online. Also number for real scheduler difficult to obtain.
The moving company booked through Uhaul, ProMoversUnited, was full of unacceptable behaviors. They arrived nearly an hour outside of the window, which did not bother us as it had stormed, but expectations dropped. The movers who showed up were kind and hardworking. During the move however, a door that could have been easily taken off the hinge is now very damaged. And not just an accidental hit, but repeatedly hit and damaged throughout the entire loading. We asked the movers if anything needed to be taken apart to make moving easier, to which they replied that had it, do not worry. My desk was completely destroyed. The ramp to the uhual and door were not secured after loading. The company contact I had told me that since I had already given them the payment code, they weren't going to be lenient on any of the damages or look into any of these problems. I find this to be a sign of poor leadership and training and thoroughly displeased
I waited for a very long time when I returned the U-Haul back, I could not be service, the lady took the key from, and said she was busy outside. Lots of people were waiting, not just me. That is very bad.
Especially pleased with the help and the ability to complete. Very responsive and able to work thru company computer difficulties'. The entire team is excellent in all .ways. Sincerely...Dan
Trailer chains dragged on the ground. I used zip ties to keep them from being destroyed.
This is the only Uhaul location I go to. Excellent customer service
Lot was a bit tight but employees were great. Problem customers were causing a fuss and the employees handled them perfectly. Very impressed by there poise! Nice job.
The inside of the truck was not clean. When I was entering in the condition of the truck by phone I accidentally hit the clean button instead of the dirty button and somehow it submitted before I could change it. The storing will the passengers seat, inside the doors, and dash board were all filthy from the last user. So I sprayed it down with bleach and cleaned it myself before we loaded the truck.
Phillip and Adam did a great job for me. Take care of them as they were very efficient doing their jobs and working with the public. They were able to work around trailer shortages due to high demand to enable me to complete my move over several weekends.
