I'd like my cash deposit back that I paid for a vehicle towing trailer that was rented to me but not even suppose to be in use due to the condition. Also, I was charged a 90 deposit for using cash and was told I'd get that back when I dropped it off. The drop off location did not do any cash transactions . I was told they would mail me a check. Although when I verified the address online; it's erroneous. I work for a living and I do t have time to deal with all this shananoggins just to get what's rightfully mine inconveniently due to the incompetent, negligence of your poorly managed Jacksonville location. Thanks.

Michael F.Now that the app is available to check yourself in, the people working aren't as helpful as they probably should be. There were 3 people onsite and only one person, not even in a UHaul shirt, helped me get the key out as the box was stuck. Those key boxes should be better maintained. The app is another story. It's a little cumbersome. I understand you need info on the person renting, but.....there seemed to be duplication for photos and some info. Supplies are limited....I could not get a furniture dolly. All accessories were in a cage outside and it was clear that a couple of the guys were not willing to help. One looked out the window when I inquired about a furniture dolly and said, no, we don't have any...he barely even got out of his chair behind the counter. Overall, it was not a bad experience but again, there were at least 3 people working and only one was even the least bit responsive.
Kathy H.The truck was damaged, hole in the roof that let in rainwater (known issue - the little x's stickers where qll over the outside). The customer service at the origination location was worse than I've ever encountered (military, dozens of self moves over the last 20 years).

James T.The return process is horrible! Even with using the wifi at the location, it would not allow me to return my truck. There was no posted emergency contact number. I found a number through the app and hold time was over 30 minutes. I used the IM for return, but had difficulty with attaching picture files via that method. The whole process took 45 minutes for the return. I am not sure that I will use U-haul again as a result and I typically rent an item every 1-2 months

Spent my day before my move trying to get the issue taking care off. Manager finally found me a 20 foot truck at same location. Staff was very patient in trying to help me out. This shouldn't have happen in the first place. Truck had breaking issues, very dangerous, let drop office know.

Sean R.Location did not check in Uhaul till the next day knowing the terrible experience I had with trying to drop off my uhaul. Uhaul gave me a bogus location to drop off at and after an hour on the phone they gave me this location. I told the guy the horrible time I had and did not even check in my uhaul till someone called to ask if i was bringing back and let him know I already returned.
