William B.I rented a van on one of the hottest days, every time I accelerated the vehicles AC cut out. The back of the vehicle had pieces falling down, and the only response that the agent gave was calling a manager another day. Disappointed with this experience.

PETER G.On 6/17 I rented a 20' truck no issues. On 6/18 I rented a 10' truck and there were several issues. First two trucks tge engine light was on and after 3 attempts the light remained in so agent gave me another set of keys. Third truck was almost on empty, fourth and last truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas. Last issue online I agreed to insurance at $10 whereas the day before for the larger truck insurance was $14. Agent went over my checkout bill before heading out and said the rate was $14 not $10 which the online reservation clearly stated. It's not like U-haul is not making a fortune on rentals after they jacked up the mileage charges recently but to charge an extra $4 for insurance is another way of sticking it to the public. The move yesterday that included 4 trucks and an obvious overcharge is not up to the typical standards. Both days I returned the trucks with much higher amount of gas then when picked up. Yesterday the checkout agent did give me a $15.00 fuel credit which was fair.

He provided an outstanding support while taking care of multiple customers at the same time. By far the best experience I have ever had in a Uhaul facility. Keep up the great work sir.
Ruben E. R.All of the reps that I worked with at the location were awesome. They worked to get me a 26' truck when we realized the 15' truck I had reserved was not going to be big enough, and had no problem getting me an additional 10' truck when I needed some last-minute space. I was pleasantly surprised when, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had rented the 10' truck for a few hours and wound up keeping for over 24 hours...but wasn't charged anything additional! Thank you for helping make our move less stressful!!!

Arthur D.The vehicle originally assigned was parked in a manner which would have required to move various other trucks in order to get access. Therefore, the parameter in the original contract were wrong. Make sure that assigned vehicles are accessible for the customer.

Then they claimed they couldn't fix it. And k have received no call back from their manager and no response to my email. I have proof of my route, on my Life 360 and the driver, but they do NOT CARE!!!!!!!
