Cuando una persona alquila un camión y paga un precio para usarlo todo el día, debería ser para regresarlo al menos hasta el dia siguiente a la misma hora que lo rentastes, ya que el día tiene 24 horas. En este lugar cuando fui a recoger la van que rente a las 9 de la mañana el personal de servicio me dijo que debía regresarlo 4 horas después a la 1 de la tarde, porque otra persona lo tenía rentado. Creo que en 4 horas es imposible hacer una mudanza. Si ustedes rentan un truck o un van al menos debe ser por todo el día, porque por eso uno paga.

I arrived at the return location in Meriden, East Main St (924052)store# At 630am, this morning. A van cleaner approached the driver's side and verified my gas and mileage. Then advised I drove a mile over the estimated mileage. He then attempted to get me to pay close to $60 plus the mileage, he tried several times to get cash from me. Once store opened, hi we The female clerk inside was excellent. She took care of the situation immediately. I just hope others aren't being manipulated to pay more than necessary, before they get into the office door.

The mobile app used to return truck after use was not functioning correctly. It specifies that you need to share your location but does not point to any support sites listing how to do this. The truck was returned @11PM on 10/20 (w/in 24 hour period) but I was charged convenience fee of $20 - do not feel that this is fair for the reasons noted above

Rental process was efficient and easy, kudos! My only negative comment is that the tank was not entirely full when I picked up the van. Should be monitored more closely. Overall, a good experience!

The key wasn’t on the lockbox. Other sisters have similar issues. The counter service was very slow. We didn’t get the truck until 10am and we had reserved it for 9am.

The attendant, Miguel Caban, was very unprofessional. He did not communicate with me more than a few words. He wanted me to register using the traditional methods even when I had my reservation nearly completed on the app. Unfortunately this man was not prepared to be working with customers. He needs better training or general education.

I needed a truck from you guys location on West Main St. in Meriden but did not have one. I think every location should rent the 10 ft. Trucks. I guess the one on W. Main st is not renting them at all. I could of saved a lot in mileage if the location on W. Main St. had the truck that I needed.

I've used UHaul in Meriden several times and they have gone above and beyond in their customer service every time. After renting a moving truck, we were notified hours later that our closing was significantly changed and we had to unexpectedly return it. The staff were pleasant, understanding and very responsive. It was the easiest and least stressful part of our day. Excellent service, every time.

The guy I returned the truck to was a rude a-hole, made me back into a spot I wasn’t comfortable backing into, said I returned the vehicle with less gas that I got it with, which is inaccurate, and charged me undeserved fees. Will NEVER rent from again.

3 issues: 1. The green plastic tie that holds the dolly broke on its own even though I didn't intend to use it. 2. Through mobile checkin I could not find the fuel chart of how much to fill up the gas tank like is normally provided on the print out. 3. The Emergency break release button was broken in my truck and it took 5 mins to figure out how to release it. The staff was great, and otherwise everything went smoothly. Thanks.

There was a problem with not having a key lock on the back of the truck, and the representative apologized and found a solution to get it unlocked in the town I was in. Thank you for a quick solution!

Truck had 129,000 miles on it. Ramp and door would barely move and the ignition key was very hard to turn. So unhappy returned it early.

Getting the vehicle was easy but this location is on a main road and there is no parking in the "lot." Additionally, when I returned my vehicle, after looking up my rental, the attendant just handed me my receipt and said "you're all set." She did not tell me the higher price I was paying (because my mileage was more than estimated.) which is just common courtesy/ customer service.

Reserved a 20’ truck but on the day I picked up the truck the biggest they had was 15’ causing me to make a 2nd trip & goin over the mileage they give you. Not sure why you can reserve a truck when they are just going to give you whatever they want. Not sure I will ever use U-Haul again as this was a huge inconvenience & very costly on gas/time.

I understand that employees most likely had different tasks to perform. However, when 4 employees are standing behind a counter with 1 clearly working and no one acknowledges you, it feels like the approach has improvement to be made. The woman that ended up having someone assist me was helpful. However I did not feel welcomed or as if I belonged there. Thanks for allowing me to provide this feedback.

MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS ORGANIZED & MAKE SURE A CUSTOMER DONT GET INJURED AGAIN BY YOUR TRUCKS BECAUSE THEY ARE JAMMED CAUSE WE COULDN'T OPEN THE TRUNK!!!!

Have the vehicles ready, on-site. The gentlemen picking up before me had to travel 20 minutes to another location because they sold his equipment the day before. I had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to find my one-way truck and then had to drive down the road to pick it up from a parking lot. The staff did not seem as though my time was important to them whatsoever.
