Muy amable pero el truck tenia muy mal olor en la caja de carga. Y mi contrato lo hice para Merced, y me han cobrado $50 dls. En Los Baños Ca. Y no me han regresado ese cobro injustificado, pues yo no iba rentar a pagar millas de otra ciudad si lo ocupe solo en Merced. Y Los Baños ca, yo no tengo negocio ahi. Y espero mi deposito de 50 dls.

sharon M.I Checked in online and still had to wait 45 minutes to get my UHaul truck. A sales representative passed me over twice to help other customers while I was waiting in line. I didn't get the Utility Dolly that I reserved a week before. Imagine two women trying to move washers, dryers, and refrigerators on their own. This place is in need of a makeover starting with it's staff.
Dawn P.Worst customer service ever! Wouldn't rent from Merced Uhaul ever again. Nothing but a hassle and inconvenience. First truck I picked up was full of cockroaches and absolutely dirty and sticky crap all over floor,broken glass and furniture parts. Didn't discover it was such a mess until I had put 311.00 dollars in fuel and got home a extra 40 miles out of my way. Next day went back to the same Uhaul to pick up another truck that was so out of fuel it ran out in the parking lot after they rented it to me. Had to be delayed again waiting for them to pour enough in to go across the street to fill up another 373.00 only to get home and find gas leaking out. Called Merced Uhaul again and Jessica told me and my mover that it was a quick fix and to do it ourselves! Yep it got taped up and went to Oregon that way. I have 3 witnesses to prove I was told to drive that truck in that condition. I also might add that the counter help was extremely rude and unhelpful. I'm sure if a fuel leak had caused a fire Uhaul would certainly be held 100% responsible so irresponsible of Uhaul to put me in a bad situation.

If it takes that long you need to go to the fucken hospital and get your asshole checked out and a psychiatrist to see what the fuck is wrong with you. Dumb fuck. Check the camera. Bullshit.cant even tell you a fucken name because she was in there when i arrived.

He knew exactly what he was doing and was most efficient at completing the process and I was out of there in about 20 minutes, Thank You Angel The physical store it self needed a good bath. The outside area going into the store was just flat out dirty and it continued right into the store. The floors were very dirty you could feel the dirt under your feet and the overall appearance was not good, lots of surface dust and not very inviting. I have been to this store numerous other times and it never looked like it did today. The store manager needs to work on how his store looks. So the service from Angel was very good the appearance of the store needs some serious attention.

Trista H.The employee in the morning didn't bother to take me to the truck or show me where to go. I had to come back and ask for my dolly. Later in the afternoon I came back to add a driver and waited for close to 40 minutes to be served only to be told it wasn't necessary.
Patrick C.they ruined my reservation for a truck and trailer. I had to drive extra miles to get a trailer from a different location and charged for those miles. If I had another option I would have use it but was forced into using them after them explaining how it was my fault
matt G.I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel over what I took it out with. the pleasant young lady behind the counter informed me that, while U-haul company policy is to charge the customer for returning the truck with less fuel, but there is no policy for reimbursement / credit for extra fuel. At the current price of fuel that equates to @ $60.00 of added expense to rental. In my opinion your fuel policy should be a two-way street, the current policy is nothing short of larceny.

Terry M.Be more straigh with people and disinfect the trucks with bleach and pressure washer,because the truck that I rented stick like death people,probably in the past months someone was transporting body bags of dead covid19 people inside the uhaul tru k that I rented. 4 people filled up the truck with my furniture and 2 of them started to throwing up and never return to unload the truck,so me and my wife unloaded the 26 ft truck by ourselves. Not happy at all with uhaul,they have to clean the trucksbefore they rented to someone else.

Josiah A.The manager Gil was not understanding to my situation after I explained I was 9 months pregnant and felt my rental was dangerous. It took me twice as long because the trailer was so unstable. He also charger me for a second day because I turned the trailer in 3 hours late, even though it was after hours. So the trailer was clean and ready for the next reservation in the morning, if there was one. The trailer was not clean when I picked it up there was a bunch of boxes in the back I had to dispose of. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I am highly dissatisfied with his customer service.
