William A.I rented a pick up truck and the whole experience was very easy and straightforward. The vehicle was in good condition, maybe could have used a bit of a clean inside, but nothing bad. Would definitely use this service again and recommend it.

Mark B.I selected the call back option when I called into the 800 number, I did receive a call back but my phone never rang, but I did have 3 voice mails, not sure if that would have been on my end but I had 2 people call me and was able to hear the phone ring and I do not have any settings for spam calls but overall the experience in store was easy and simple, both associates that I dealt with were fantastic, and I'm sorry I don't have names but huge thank you to both of them!

Thomas K.Hi I rented a truck yesterday And I realize half part of my trip I realized the truck “shake†and and saw that the truck was tendered to me with severely rutt dry tire !with major damage to side wall! this damaged tire put me in a serious danger ! When I addressed it to your rep I got no response back I trusted your services and believed that vehicles are maintain in a safe manner t mist safety concerns But obviously someone purposely mounted a bad tire on as it show†long life tread on “but with dry rutted walls and that is negligent ! DArren G.Friendly supportive and helpful. The site had only one person and he was handling new rentals and returns. He was also responsible for preparing trucks for pickup. At the time of my return he had 5 customers picking up either trailers or trucks plus 2 returns and he was preparing two trucks for rental. he was great and handled all professionally and speedily. He could us some additional help at that location if that was his normal morning even a second person for the morning would have made things even smother

Chris M.I was suppose to pick up at 6 AM. Took 3 attempts to send picture of my License that would verify. Got code for box. Box was empty, no key. Had to wait for uhaul to open. After dropping off, I noticed they charged me for fuel. I had filled up myself and kept the receipt incase there was an issue. Not a great experience. Sharon Segarra 267 229-5997

Arthur A.It was a little bit difficult to understand what the charges would be. It might be Due to the fact that it is a complex purchase… There is a rental fee and minimally, an unknown a mileage fee will be added. When I returned the vehicle, I got notified of additional charges and was a bit confused. I mentioned this when prompted and an updated invoice that made more sense was emailed to me. I received the email a few days ago and my card has not yet been charged so the moderate confusion continues. There may not be a better way but it might be worth a little thought… Is there a simpler way to communicate charges? Gracias

Frederick F.This location was excellent, however our original location, patio and hearth on Lincoln highway Fairless hills, that we were supposed to be able to receive our vehicle from via 24/7 cell phone service was abominable. Everything was very difficult to navigate and in the end the lock box would not open to get our key, and we had to be redirected to the second location. I stated, the second location was very efficient and the equipment was great, but the major inconvenience and time that it took was really discouraging.

TODD N.Terrible customer service! Never told us that we had to put gas when we returned and then charged us a 20 fee on top of everything else. We had to wait about 45 minutes to return truck because only 1 person working and he was filling up about 15 propane tanks. Worst customer service I've ever encountered and would NEVER go back here again. They also told us in beginning that only the larger trucks were available, but when we got there there was about 5 smaller ones available.

clarence B.Location of pickup and return was changed with no reach out or contact with me other than an email that said “my reservation was updatedâ€. This added an additional 25 miles and 90 minutes to what should have been a very simple and quick one hour project.
JOHN B.I ended up with rain damage to some of my furniture. There was a leak in the trailer that wasn't apparent when I picked it up. I drove through rain on the way to orlando and when I opened the trailer, several pieces of furniture we wet and damaged.

I new that somewhere exists a uhaul location where you should not wait hours before get your vehicle, location where representatives do not pretend that get a uhaul truck is a privilege .3 minutes that is how long I waited before got the key. Very polite representative. 5 star location
