Insist that the tank be filled prior to returning, it would've cost me $10 to fill it, instead y'all ripped me off like $60 crazy. Used to love using uhaul but it's getting ridiculous the price gouging. What should've been a $60 tops rental turned into $123!

Clean the outside of the vehicle and make sure there is gas in it and not hand it off to the next person with only 8 miles of gas. Making sure all equipment that was requested for the vehicle is there.

The system was down nation-wide and I had been redirected to this location from the Arapahoe location. Every one was stressed and upset, but at the Hollywood location things went way smoother because the staff was friendly and stayed calm. The manager at the Hollywood location was great at getting everything and everyone working as smoothly as possible. Don't know her name but she is an older Asian woman, with light brown hair. She runs a tight ship and even though she had to be real and inform us that we might not be accommodated she did everything she could to help and keep us satisfied. She is an asset to your company. She was able to get me a truck. So I was happy. By the way, the windshield wiper fluid in the truck needs to be refilled. It was empty. Cheers, Micahel

The inside staff behind the register were very unprofessional. They were short with me, very uninviting, stopped in the middle of helping me to have conversation (that was unnecessary) amongst themselves, talked far too fast for me to understand anything (then looked at me as if I was stupid when asked to repeat) and talked poorly about a customer in front of my face right when the customer walked out of the door, very distasteful. The two gentlemen that were outside were very lovely. One guy had a hat on and the other had longer hair, they are the reason that I wasn't completely fed up with the experience and they are doing great. I work in customer service currently and I have for 7+ years now so I understand the frustrations of a job like this; I even have a high tolerance for BS but this was actually awful. Shoutout to the two dudes outside, I would only go back if it was them working and not the other taller guys behind the register.

Thank you very much! The process was easy from check-in to check out. Grateful the agent/collaborator there was here to help for the check out on the uhaul app. If he wasn't there to help, we wouldn't have been able to do the self check out online.

The overnight lot was almost full on a Tuesday, I was charged $20 bs fee for a $14.95 rental. This seems excessive and calling was no help. Manager said didn't you see the sign, actually the lot was full I didn't see the sign. Just charge 34.95 instead of this bs fee.

The employee who hooked up the trailer did not properly attach it to the ball. On or way home from picking it up it came loose going over a speed bump. Luckily we were going very slowly in my neighborhood and no one nor the trailer were injured. It could have been a real disaster if it happened on the hwy. Sorry it took me so long to communicate this with you. But I thought it was very important!

Location is a mess. Vehicles everywhere with no obvious place for customers to get in and out. Staff is harried and chaotic. I asked staff how to return after hours and somehow no one mentioned an additional service fee. Broken uhaul location. I won't be returning.

The vehicle I drove needed a alignment check, it was scary to drive on the freeway. Also, I had to keep the truck for two more hours and I was charged double for all items that I rented, it would be nice if it was explained in advanced, my prposed bill of $110 ended up with a $300 bill. I should have paid for a moving company instead.

Use dashboard computer to check fuel level, not only arrow indicator. It was 45 miles to empty, I've drove 18 miles and refuel van for 2 gallons and after that was shown 55 miles to empty on computer. But the arrow indicator was shown on lower position before I got it. That how I got $39 charge for fuel service fee. To get a car for few hours and get scammed. That's how u working. Gracias

Every employee was courteous and professional and they all deserve raises! Customer service was excellent. However, there needs to be a fence around this location. There is a large, violent homeless population nearby. We saw human shit in the back of one of the trucks, and I can't imagine this is the first time that has happened. Thankfully the truck we rented didn't have a cut gas line, as we heard other customers complaining about. This is not a safe environment for your employees and customers! These guys do not get paid enough to shoo away meth addicts and clean up after them. If you knew the neighborhood you would realize the homeless problem and know that an open lot with open trucks is very inviting for them to sleep, sell themselves, use drugs, and use the bathroom. Although I did not see needles laying around, I guarantee this is because employees cleaned the place before opening. I would not be surprised if this is a daily thing for those poor workers. Why are the trucks not locked? I used to work nearby and we gated our parking lot every night to avoid this. I highly recommend you do the same. It really leaves the impression that U-Haul does not care about their employees. Do better!

The corporate policy of providing a heavily discounted reservation price with no bearing to the real final full cost must be fixed asap. This is a crime worthy of investigation by regulatory authorities. We are considering taking it to state and federal officials. ** All of the equipment and all the other personnel were excellent. We like UHaul. We're longtime customers. But there were two huge problems with this rental: the reservation price and the rep. at the store in Rockville. We will be exploring a small claims court filing or arbitration.

Found a condom wrapper in the cab. Called and the personnel from uhaul Hollywood could care less. He was real rude and should not be in customer service. He is a discredit to uhaul. They put the level of gas at full tank, lie! It was 3/4 tank. I took a picture and told the uhaul rep from the hollywood location and he could care less. So not only did i find a condom wrapper (disgusting) but also being charged for a quarter tank more in gas is criminal!

my only complaint is the computer system is old... that being a return costumer they should already have me in the computer to just be able to come in,, show ID and go.... the employees were having many problems getting things to load or upload.... and it took an extra 20 minutes just to get things going... a lot of customers were having long waits and the same issues....
