The initial service was fantastic. Upon my return to the vehicle, there were five small cardboard cones (they fit inside each other) and two 10-inch styrofoam protectors in the back of the truck. The guy told me to "get my trash" and then proceed to tell me that he would charge me $35 if they had to get it. I held the items in one hand and I was appalled that he would speak to me that way. When I went inside to make a complaint, the worker inside smirked and appeared to make a joke about it. Everyone deserves respect and I would never leave garbage in a truck (I have pics). All of it was offensive, so I would probably use another location. It wasn't what was said, it was how it was said.

The guy which I forgot his name who took our keys before opening time was awesome. He didn't give us hard time in returning the key - that is a great customer service! The person I spoke with over the phone to follow up my return helped me so quick and no hassle too! Both of them are great! ¡Gracias!

Horrible experience with this uhaul location. I was advised to return the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas. I filled the tank to 3/8 (slightly above) right before returning and took a picture as proof. I woke up to a receipt in my email charging a $20 gas fee for 3 gallons. This did not make sense as I have proof it was at the right level. I called to inquire about the gas charge and the employee argued with me that the tank was at 5/16 and then when I told him I had photographic evidence it was at 3/8 when I returned it, he hung up on me. Also, despite advertising 24/7 return services, they block their entrances after hours (forcing customers to park the vehicles outside, after much confusion) and then charge a $20 fee for returning it after hours. It is deceitful to advertise a 24/7 return policy when there's a fee associated and we're not able to drive the truck into the parking lot.

The person took a picture for safety reasons. I did not agree on this. Especially since i provided my driver license. I arrived 5min before closing. The person told me to drop the key in the mail slot. Then i got charged $20 convenience fees because i supposed to be late! Car did smell super like cigarettes.

Really like that there was enough rental vehicles. One thing I would ask to improve on would be to have another staff member ring up for items or another employee to help rent out vehicles. There was only one person and there was a huge line.

I was pre charged $16 dollars for gas and I was told it was going to be credited when I returned the car with 1/4 of gas. I have pictures of how I received the tank which it was not at 1/4 and how I returned and the lady at the desk told me I was not getting the credit because I didn't returned the gas tank at 1/4. Sneaky about things. If there was a place to submit photos it would have been fantastic too.

Clean the outside of the vehicle and make sure there is gas in it and not hand it off to the next person with only 8 miles of gas. Making sure all equipment that was requested for the vehicle is there.

The system was down nation-wide and I had been redirected to this location from the Arapahoe location. Every one was stressed and upset, but at the Hollywood location things went way smoother because the staff was friendly and stayed calm. The manager at the Hollywood location was great at getting everything and everyone working as smoothly as possible. Don't know her name but she is an older Asian woman, with light brown hair. She runs a tight ship and even though she had to be real and inform us that we might not be accommodated she did everything she could to help and keep us satisfied. She is an asset to your company. She was able to get me a truck. So I was happy. By the way, the windshield wiper fluid in the truck needs to be refilled. It was empty. Cheers, Micahel

The inside staff behind the register were very unprofessional. They were short with me, very uninviting, stopped in the middle of helping me to have conversation (that was unnecessary) amongst themselves, talked far too fast for me to understand anything (then looked at me as if I was stupid when asked to repeat) and talked poorly about a customer in front of my face right when the customer walked out of the door, very distasteful. The two gentlemen that were outside were very lovely. One guy had a hat on and the other had longer hair, they are the reason that I wasn't completely fed up with the experience and they are doing great. I work in customer service currently and I have for 7+ years now so I understand the frustrations of a job like this; I even have a high tolerance for BS but this was actually awful. Shoutout to the two dudes outside, I would only go back if it was them working and not the other taller guys behind the register.

Thank you very much! The process was easy from check-in to check out. Grateful the agent/collaborator there was here to help for the check out on the uhaul app. If he wasn't there to help, we wouldn't have been able to do the self check out online.

The overnight lot was almost full on a Tuesday, I was charged $20 bs fee for a $14.95 rental. This seems excessive and calling was no help. Manager said didn't you see the sign, actually the lot was full I didn't see the sign. Just charge 34.95 instead of this bs fee.

The employee who hooked up the trailer did not properly attach it to the ball. On or way home from picking it up it came loose going over a speed bump. Luckily we were going very slowly in my neighborhood and no one nor the trailer were injured. It could have been a real disaster if it happened on the hwy. Sorry it took me so long to communicate this with you. But I thought it was very important!

Location is a mess. Vehicles everywhere with no obvious place for customers to get in and out. Staff is harried and chaotic. I asked staff how to return after hours and somehow no one mentioned an additional service fee. Broken uhaul location. I won't be returning.

The vehicle I drove needed a alignment check, it was scary to drive on the freeway. Also, I had to keep the truck for two more hours and I was charged double for all items that I rented, it would be nice if it was explained in advanced, my prposed bill of $110 ended up with a $300 bill. I should have paid for a moving company instead.

Use dashboard computer to check fuel level, not only arrow indicator. It was 45 miles to empty, I've drove 18 miles and refuel van for 2 gallons and after that was shown 55 miles to empty on computer. But the arrow indicator was shown on lower position before I got it. That how I got $39 charge for fuel service fee. To get a car for few hours and get scammed. That's how u working. Gracias
