Our trailer was never marked as returned on our return date. I tried calling U-Haul and was on hold for an hour before being hung up on. Then I tried chat and never received a response after 40 minutes. We finally had to go to the store where the trailer was returned to sort the issue out. Only the manager at the store seemed helpful.

A fantastic experience at this location! Can't remember her name, but she was kind & helpful. Days into the drive, I noticed the inside windshield was streaked & not super clean. Not sure if it was just natural Or if it hadn't been cleaned prior.

When I got there they pretty much just took my payment and pinged to the car that was mine. I have never used a uhaul so I had to study the car for about 10-15min to know how everything worked. They never told me anything about how to return the equipment after hours. Just no information. I then tried to find the drop box to place the keys and circled the whole building at 10pm trying to find it. Eventually I just placed the keys in the overhead visor and have been on hold for 20min trying to tell them that's where the keys are since there was no drop box. The uhaul was great, just not the location

The trailers floor was damaged and it was difficult to load heavy items. I had scheduled to pick up in victor and my reservation was changed to Henrietta. This added an hour to my day.

service was great at the start. Definitely should have the costumer go over the car with employee before and after to make sure both are clear about the condition of the vehicle. Many first time renters don't know what to look for and if it's a dink in the vehicle from a picture it might be hard to notice/see. From the experience I had it seemed like you aren't very friendly to first time renters which is how you will get second and third time renters.

My truck was infested with Ants!!!!!! I had to go buy Raid before mocing my furniture in this truck!!!!! But before that, the gas needle was erroneously credited with less gas than indicated in order for the customer (Me) to either have to out MORE gas back in the truck OR be charged More for gas that I didn't use!!!! Just another ploy by this company to Steal money from consumers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first truck that was assigned to me smelled like cattle & was dirty. The second truck that was assigned to me has SERIOUS SUSPENSION ISSUES!!! & I did NOT FEEL SAFE driving it. It was very jerky in tow/haul AND when not in tow/haul mode. Felt like a wheel was going to fall off or a u-joint was going to break. Had ZERO pick up. Pedal to the floor just to meet the speed limit. THIS IS NOT A SAFE TRUCK & SHOULD BE EVALUATED for safety on the road. I was incredibly grateful to get the job done without incident. Very scary!

Dirty and cluttered entry and store. No assistance was offered to disconnect the trailer and even less instructions on where to drop off as the employee didn't even bother to stand up from his seat to greet me. He appeared lazy, disinterested and ready to go home… if I were the manager, I would have sent his ass home and told him not to come back.

vehicle is rickety and workers ignore. the check engine light and tell customer it's safe to drive. And third part moving services are a complete rip off. I had to rent another vehicle from some where else to complete the job the renters p I hire prescribed by Uhaul. Not worth it.

Very rude when I went in to ask for help returning the trailer I rented. I pulled up to the return area as signs say to do & waited a good 10 to 15 minutes for assistance as the sign states . I saw the guy look out the window twice at us & not acknowledge that we where there so I go inside to ask for help & get told they were busy. As I walk in they are both sitting at the counter so to me not to busy . After I told him I was waiting for the time mentioned above he then said he would me. The only reason I was there to begin with is because my son had done a online reservation for a truck on Saturday to move to Buffalo & he went there to get the truck they told him they did not have one for him & that he should have not reserved it online because sometimes they don't see the reservation. Not sure how that works but anyway we will probably never use your services at this location ever .

Try to make sure you have the equipment for the individual for there time that's reserved for. I had a reservation for 7:00 AM, but I had to go to a different location and pick up at 1:00 PM

I rented truck from Thursday thru Sunday at Uhaul. And the nightmare began: They called after the contract was made & charged me for an additional day. And I gave a hefty estimate of miles I could use just in case I needed it. They charged me for all those miles that I never used. I went to 1 place & stayed parked there until time to return the truck. I went out of town Saturday & returned Sunday. They never checked my returned mileage. They did mention they use the trucks for errands. I'm calling the Manager today & corporate. They called me 3x's during my mini vacation only to continue to screw things up more. Kept calling after I returned the truck as agreed asking when Was I going to return the truck. It's a lot. I will never use them again seem like thieves to me taking advantage of pricing after the contract was signed. U gotta be careful who U let run your business uhaul. I am very disappointed
