The only problem was with drop off the web site wouldn't work n they were doing road construction out front couldn't drop off on time had to wait until they let me through sat there for 2 1/2 hours waiting to drop off when dropping off the website would not work tried calling when getting called back got hung up on call back two more times and never received a call backJAMES S.

That portion of the dashboard that controls the lights came loose and collapsed into the dashboard. I had to snake my hand under and behind the dash to put it back in place. Also, the low air pressure warning message came on shortly after I left the lot with the truck.Rony R.

The truck smelled like someone smoked in it for years. The back wasn't clean and there was broken glass everywhere that I had to clean out before I used it. The keys to the lock that they provided didn't work. Pick up was quick and easy, and so was drop off. I wish they would have emailed me a receipt at drop off.Tabitha S.

I had multiple problems with my hitch installation experience. I had an appointment a few weeks earlier, but the hitch was not in stock when I arrived for my appointment. I should have been notified of this the day before or that morning. there is no excuse! The personnel behind the counter acted like then didn't care one way or the other, then gave me a snarky "have a nice day" when I left. I rescheduled my appointment and called the day before to confirm that the part was in the store, I shouldn't of had to do that. The receipt I got is nearly unreadable and I am not sure I was charged the correct amount or my deposit was applied properly. I called back after getting home and was placed on a 7:28 second hold before I hung up. Totally unprofessional staff at that store. Except for Chuck, the technician who installed my hitch. He was quick, courteous and informative. The work looks great. I still need help confirming my charges, can you help?Gregory S.

This establishment needs to learn / understand how to install a wiring harness. I ended up having to pay Jeep $250 to correct Uhaul's error in order for my car to pass inspection. All very disappointing. The first time I went for my appointment the store did not have the parts. The manager tried to be helpful but after 2 trips they still couldn't get the installation correct.Norman F.

The waiting area for hitch installs was sparse and in the middle of the floor, with only a couple chairs. Maybe just add a couple more chairs and put them in the corner, out of the way. The guest wifi was fast and convenient. All of the staff were friendly and polite, from in-store to the installer who walked me through his work.Christopher T.

for starters make sure the alignment is up to par!! make sure these trucks are maintained... 2 hours into my trip the check engine light popped on for a misfire I ended up putting over 1000 in gas to travel from Pennsylvania to Texas which should have been around 500 bucks.. horrible experience! now I'm waiting for a manager to get back to me. it's been over a week and still waiting... the better business bureau might receive a call soon.YANNICK W.
Tried to use another site closer. After booking online the day prior we got there and no one or trucks were there which made us have to use the other site. This site was great but getting there not to much. Sat on hold w/ the 800 number for over an hour and NO one ever answered.ROBERT W.

It was a busy afternoon when I went in and after he helped me, he noticed that I was lingering around because I had questions, and made the effort to excuse himself from the next customer for a moment to come from behind the counter to inquire whether I needed anything else. It was very difficult trying to start the truck as the wheel locks and you have to play with the key. The tire pressure was low had to wait for the guy to put air in the tire. It wasn't a long wait but should have been done before giving me the truck. The guy that assisted me was very helpful and was very nice.DESHANA C.

The technician (Chuck) damaged our well maintained BMW. He forced open the tail light access panels to reach into certain areas. The access panels were busted. Also multiple scratches on the bumper and it doesn't align with the body. It has been a painful experience as the bumper damage has not been fully fixed yet. He should have said that he cant do it and i will take it somewhere else. Better to be honest up front than making someone's life difficult due to such issues.Andres P.

The wait can be extremely long. We arrived for our 9 AM pickup time and did not leave with the vehicle until 10:10AM. People who just want to buy boxes are thrown into the same line as the renters. It can be extremely frustrating.timothy D.
Unfortunately, most of the issues I had were due to the malfunctioning U-Haul app. I selected self-checkout for the truck, but the app would not work at all -- not just for me, but for the bulk of people in line. I waited literally an hour in line to get my vehicle, which unfortunately set my moving day back significantly. However, the person behind the counter was super friendly and efficient, despite being the only one on duty and facing an onslaught of irate customers.Nicholas M.

Mobile app checkin didnt work so I had to go into the office and have someone get me set-up to take the truck.sara S.
I think the company's car rental service is simple and convenient, and the car is also very convenient. When I return the car, I just need to drive the car to the back door of the office. After a handsome guy checks, I can successfully apply for the return service. The lady at the front desk said that the receipt will be sent to my mailbox. Therefore, from start to finish, car rental services are very convenient, fast and simple. The most important thing is that it is very cheap. It only costs $19.95 for 24 hours. Other expenses are billed by mileage, which is also very cheap. Remind everyone, remember to fill up the car before returning it, because the mailbox was full when you borrowed it. You did not honor my reservation. When I got to the location the trailer was not available. They said come back in 2 hours. I called the main number who told me that the trailer had been returned and that they were 100% sure that it was there now that it's two hours later. I drove the truck back out there it was not there. At this point it's two hours later and the help that I had hired independently to help me load left because they're two hours was up and I had to pay them $200 for nothing. There was another trailer available at another location so I had to drive to that location and pick up the trailer. You do not honor your reservations they are worthless. I will never come back to that location again as the manager couldn't care less. And can do nothing about any of this. Never again!CHARLES L.

I rented truck from this location before and the truck was ok . This time the truck was dirty inside and out. They tried do a quick clean but it was still dust on the dashboard, steering wheel, also the windows weren't clean inside and out. The outside of the truck needed a good wash.
