It would be even better if smaller cities like Crookston had an outlet. Had to drive 27 miles each way to just pick up a rental to move from one location only about 2 miles away from the other here in town. And then another 27 back to drop it off within the 24 hour limit.Mary D.

I needed to keep the truck extra time due to raining. I stopped in to talk to them the manager Kyle was so very rude yelled slammed doors. The other guy that helped was great. He said give it to her some one else will have to do with out. With the rain there was nothing I could do movers would not load. Not great behavior for a manager. I had to pay extra every day and I had to pay full price but had to bring the truck back early.Martha S.
Jacob Adamciek (?) was very helpful and very professional. He had the unfortunate situation of being the person to tell me that even though I drove 5+ hours to come to this location for a U-Haul pod there was no POD there for me. Uhaul left me With nowhere to place an apartment full of items. U-Haul corporate left me stranded in in a very messy situation in a very small town, and left it up to Adam to deal with me and this very regrettable situation. What I received was a $50 credit. What I'm seeking is to talk to someone at corporate about the process and communication. This asks me for a back end evaluation, when communication from uhaul corporate to me and to their site was horrendous and in some cases non-existent.teresa S.

I received the van I was told the gas tank was full..so it actually showed 3/4 tank when I got 1/2 block from the U-Haul location. After we drove it about 10 miles total I stopped to gas up.. I put in 7.936 Gallons..totally $32.53 SO CLEARLY IT WAS NOT FULL WHEN I LEFT THE LOT WITH IT. I spoke to your employees about it and it was "tough luck to me". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Patty R.
