Changed our reservation from 7:30 to 9:30 without notice. No call the day before. I had to Called Uhaul at 9:00 to confirm truck and was told it wasn’t dropped off yet. Got a call back that it was there later and they were wrong. That I was getting a special truck. Did not get the 2 dollies. But one broken appliance dolly for free. Cab had trash behind the seats. Not ready at 9:30.

Truck was kind of dirty made a lot of noises it shouldn't and overall was in extremely poor condition. Checking for damage was nearly impossible as the entire truck was damaged.

Relocate as it is not situated in a good spot. Very tight. Access off busy road at intersection.

This is a great Uhaul location. When I have rented here before, there have been no issues. This time was okay, but the trailer was quite dirty inside & the door was a little stiff to open & close. I think the trailer was an older one. I swept it out before & after I used it.

Staff was great, informative and helpful. Location is perfect. Truck needs work on the front end. Steering was off at times by 45 degrees and is loose. Cruise control would be nice for people like me who have to travel to move.

was under the impression I was receiving a portable u-box, was frustrated to find out that wasn't the case and has many issues being transferred to the GF office and was told 2 different times a manag

We had issues with the ubox showing up 2weeks late and damaged. Grand Forks was aware of issue. The manager called right away when it came in and the sfaff was very helpful when we got there.
