I dropped the trailer off an hour after I picked it up due to cancellation. I called uhaul they said they would leave a note so I'm only charged one day. Next morning called the store and explained again they say I will only get charged one day. Sent a message the next day was told it would be taken care of and only one day charged. Guess what when they finally did their job they charged me 2 days... Called after getting final receipt and was told they would leave a note for the manager to refund. Lazy ass people not doing their job this is actually the 2nd time this has happened in 2 different locationsMICHAEL L.

Maintenance on the truck seemed necessary in a few regards. Didn't realize uhaul charges $70 dollars for 10 gallons of gas. That gas must have been blessed by the pope and considered holy fire or something for how expensive it was.NATHANIEL N.
Truck was fine and booking and pickup was easy. But they gave me the vehicle with less than 3/8 tank of gas which I have documentation of. I returned it with more than 3/8 and was then charged for gas after they claimed it was on 1/4 tank. It absolutely was not. They refused to send pictures. Refused to have the GM call me (who apparently is the only one that can issue refunds?). I was told 4 times that â€œhe would call me tomorrow when he's in.â€ They stole my money and I won't be back. Will now go out of my way to use a different uhaul if I ever have to do business with the company again.Adam P.

I always use this location extremely clean location, trucks and parking lot. The staff is above and beyond helpful. I never have an issue with this store like other uhauls. I drive for a major moving van lines almost 40 years i try to only use uhaul i rent 20 - 25 trucks a year to move our customers in or out of their homes/ apts. Most uhauls i get there and my truck is gone and this is after reservations are done thru my corporate office and to uhaul corporate office. The rest of the stores could really use this stores goals desires to be a top notch store. I will always spend money gladly at this store. Thank you so much for your help each and everytime. Wanted to extend my rental. Even told the man when I picked it up that I would be extending it and he told me I had to come in to do so. When I arrived to extend my rental I was rudely called over by the manager then when I explained my situation his only response was â€œNOâ€. So I asked what he meant by that. The sign says, "Stay in your equipment and we'll be out to check you in." Three guys were inside doing nothing (except looking at their phones). I finally went in and they said, "Oh, is an e-mail receipt okay? If so, then you are good to go." Yelling this at me from the other side of the store. I picked up the trailer Saturday around ten and was told I could drop it off on Sunday before the store opened. I dropped the trailer off on Sunday at 8:51AM. The steering on the truck was incredibly difficult and caused the truck to sway when on the highway. I informed the staff at return, was told they would look at it, and then watched them drive around the corner and up the hill to put on the lot for rental again.Jeff D.

Equipment was clean, and while the tires are in good shape, one was mostly flat, and the others all needed air. This is something I discovered myself while there, and they inflated them. Later while I had the enclosed trailer, I discovered that it leaks in top, front, right corner getting some of my stuff wet. That was from a light rain on Sunday night, not the heavy stuff that started on Monday night.STEVEN S.
