I got home and the truck had a flat tire. After changing the tire I didn't see any nails or anything that caused the flat. Nor did I run over any curb. I wish U-haul would have offered $10 for the effort of having to change a tire.

Make sure trucks are sprayed down!!! There were roaches in the truck and I'm sorry, if I am moving furniture....I certainly do not want roaches in my furniture. The link that was given me expired before I could verify my truck, when I returned the truck(which I intend to talk to someone today about), the online tool wouldn't let me complete the survey. We returned the truck before it was at a half a tank but after having to constantly start the truck to retake pictures it went down further. The tire was low on the truck which I have proof of(couldn't put it in the pre-inspection). I could not show when we brought the truck back which was before 845pm, where mileage was, and the fuel. Very disappointed!!

I was frustrated with the truck we rented - it was not well maintained. The headliner was loose & the visors weren't attached at all on one side. So the visor was either repeatedly hitting me in the head or falling & obscuring the windshield. Also, the passenger side side view mirror was very difficult to adjust so I could see.

Communication was not great. The container was delayed but i wasn't contacted by uhaul until well after my container was supposed to arrive. The movers and arrival site in Massachusetts were more helpful than the departure site in TN. There were cockroaches living in the plywood container when it was loaded.

Awesome service! As I pulled into the parking lot, there was a staff member that promptly directed me to the drop-off location. They quickly disconnected the trailer, asked about any issues concerning the rental equipment, informed me of the final receipt will be emailed, and I was on my way. Less than 10 minutes for the whole process.

Your return process is horrendously horrible. No place for night time drop off off furniture cloths. So I had to keep them and return them later... An extra trip totally unnecessary. I received an email from you where you charged my debit card an unauthorized charge! You have kept my debit card on file without my knowledge or my permission! You over charged me on the unauthorized debit transaction and the youngsters running your business are arrogantly idiotic and tried to bs me that I was not over charged. I demand to talk to someone in authority who can intelligently explain to me how you arrived at charging me $41 dollars more than the $120 cash down payment I made at the equipment pickup. The treatment I received when returning the furniture pads was totally unsatisfactory as they only were trying to tell me I am wrong and not being over charged. Have had three experiences with this location. 1) Rental reserved online. When I arrived to pickup trailer it was not available because it had not been returned yet. I was directed to another location for the rental “six miles away” the guy needs training on distance measurement because it turned out to be twelve miles farther away. 2) Rental reserved online. Trailer rental went well, trailer was there and uneventful experience. 3) Rental reserved online. Twenty minutes to process check in (apparent computer problems, not sure because attendant never explained why there was a delay.).Not very personable individual Done with this location.

The mobile check in progress needs to be improved. It took a long time. Being able to submit my photos and whatnot before moving day would be made this process a lot better. Where the key was kept was very unclear. Told me it was in compartment J but they were all numbered not lettered, also didn't tell me where I could find the keys around the location so had to go searching.

I'm left not knowing what to think. They didn't want to see my contract and asked if I had disconnected and reconnected the trailer to my truck. I hadn't but apparently something was amiss after a 2100 mile cross country trip. Never got my $100 credit on the bill.

Overcharged my mileage. I took picture of odometer before leaving the lot as a precaution since I was warned beforehand. Not surprisingly, there was a difference of 6 miles at $.99 a mile. I only drove 22 miles with 15 foot truck. Needle on gas gauge never moved from barely below 1/2 tank. Put 2 gallons in to cover my use anyway and needle still didn't move. Got emailed receipt for an additional charge of $30.34 for 5 gallons of gas! Sent complaint to U-Haul with pictures. Received no response. They owe me $35.00.

I rented 4 U-Haul‘s in the last six months, EVERY TIME U-Haul had a very bad habit of reserving equipment online that they really don't have in person, last-minute changes. Never a discount, just an apology.

The entire experience was quick, simple, and easy. I had never rented a U-Haul before, and this first time rental was a breeze. Will definitely be using them again for any future moving needs.

The Farragut store is great. The U-Haul website is not very user friendly in an urgent situation. The truck keys were locked inside and it took me 45 min to get a work order started to even get help on the way. Thank goodness I was able to chat with someone that finally saw the difficulties I was having with the website and got things going on her end.

John who attached my car to the tow Dolly did a really poor job and he acted like the fact that I asked him for help was very annoying to him. By the time I got to my first destination, one of the tire straps had come completely off so I had been towing my car on only one wheel. I had to unload my car and redo the entire attachment myself in the hotel parking lot and when I did it according to the video instructions there were no more issues over 2 days of driving. Everyone besides John at this location were extremely helpful. Also, the strap holders on the dolly were very rusty and very difficult to rotate. At the final destination, the operator had to just cut the straps.

Roger the store manager is a thief by telling me that if I brought the 2 U boxes back on the 8th it would be in vain as he, the only qualified forklift operator at that store would be leaving at 3pm that nobody to load the 3rd U box, knowing the billing date to be the 9th. I see.my debit card was rocked $83.50 twice at 3:12 the morning of the 9th.

The general manager at the Farragut store at 10833 Kingston Pike in Knoxville made my move a cluster f***his passive aggressive means of aggravating me to no ends his double charging me a late fee to his rocking my debit card for another month on two boxes at his suggestion because he wouldn't be there when I got back on the 8th that I wait till the 9th at 3:12 a.m. on the morning of the 9th he rocked my debit card because the payments were due on the 9th he is a snake he doesn't deserve to breathe the air for free humans
