1) what ever spraying or putting in cab of truck for odor control is so OVERBEARING that it burns a person's eyes 2) the app process to check in when returning the equipment FAILED to complete the process - got stuck after taking picture of odometer and fuel and would not continue. 3) my email address is correct in my account (and the app) but I did not receive a completed contract - I had to call the location and request it. 4) When received the contract by email it was in png format - NOT a helpful format - pdf documents would be preffered - less work for customers -PDF is the standard for software and computers - picture documents can be cumbersome.

Your employee, Rand Richardson, was incredibly rude. In fact, he was one of those fake “tough guys” who presented himself as threatening and potentially violent. I would urge you to fire him immediately. He is bad for your brand and I believe potentially dangerous.

I reserved a furniture dolly, but they did not have any. This made moving much more difficult. So, I had to go out and buy a furniture dolly because some of the furniture I could not move without it.

Busy location, huge amount of inventory, very limited number of staff. Plan on waiting to pick up if you use this location. Staff was friendly enough once they found you. I also paid for 2 packages of moving blankets but when we left office to do hook up and inspection they never gave me the blankets.

Nolensville Pike was not my scheduled drop off site but they were fantastic. My scheduled drop off was Wedgwood in Nashville and they were out of room and I couldn't drop the trailer there. The employees were less than helpful and I would not recommend the Wedgwood location. EVERYONE ELSE WAS GREAT. Thanks for a great experience

Guy was very rude no personality. He kept saying my card wouldn't work and made me insert it three times now I have three charges on my account he said they are holds and will go away in a few days. But still…. Weird. At first when we got there they said the truck I reserved online wasn't available for repairs and he'd hAve to send us to another location… the manager came out and said it was a broken headlight so it was fine since it was day time. You could tell he got pissed the manager overrode him. Truck was in bad shape barely running… bad experience on every level

Mr. Trey was a delight to work with. He was the most professional mgr. I've ever worked with at Uhaul! He went way above to assure all equipment was in working condition. Check in was painless and efficient. The young man {regretfully I didn't catch his name} was also kind and very helpful.

The general manager was kind, respectful and helpful…. the associate, Roger, was not….. when i was checking the vehicle in, the final pricing was almost double what the initial reservation fee was…. when i asked about it, he raised his voice at me and gave me short answers…. the whole store got quiet, it was very awkward and embarrassing…. i walked out and then came back to express this grievance, got a weak apology in response…. would have been a 5 star experience if it wasn't for that humiliating moment

It is extremely small and if the driveway has a lot of vehicle, it's near impossible to get in. Otherwise, the people were very nice and friendly. Location is not great though.

This is more of a complaint with the Uhaul App than the location. It's straight trash that I can reserve thing through the app and then arrive at the location to discover they don't have item I reserved. Thanks for wasting my time.

I never received a final receipt for this rental. I returned the equipment and the young man said it should come in 5 min but it never came. Everytime I call the location where I picked it up the phone call hangs up and never goes thru. I have tried to call customer service but the wait time is extremely long. If it's this hard to get a receipt, I do not want to rent from you all again.

The truck was dirty and smelled bad. The wait time was exceptionally long both when I picked up and when I dropped off. I am now having to sit on hold with customer service (27 minute wait time) because I never received a receipt in my email like I was told would happen. Would not recommend.

Please note… I tried dropping off the trailer the first 2 times I couldn't get the trailer in. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and not helpful and told me to take it to the other location. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

I had needed and reserved an appliance dolly. When I got there to pick up my van, they only had a utility dolly. I took it because I needed a dolly. It turned out that didn't work and I had to go rent an appliance dolly somewhere else - getting nothing for the rental fee I paid U-Haul for their dolly.

Not rent out a truck where y'all list the key. And also maybe not tell the customer how frustrating it is when people make last minute reservations. Because I did and that's why I chose Uhual . Y'all are supposedly good with those situations. Apparently not. Next time going with Home Depot or Penske.. ridiculous. Let alone same lady told the person in front of me that they didn't have any 10ft trucks available BEFORE even looking. She got told to look and found one. Sad. Making a bad rep of this company for sure

The person checking in equipment told me i was suppose to return it to the place I picked it up. I tried to get the location changed before arriving but the person said that I could not do that. Upon com to this location it was so packed with vehicles and trailers they had no room to receive the one Ii brought. I do not know why they would not let me change my location knowing that they had all that equipment at their place.

There were trailers everywhere. It was hard to know where to go or what to do to return the trailer. Since it wasn't clear, my husband waited on the road while I went and asked an employee who was inside a van what to do. He told me to wait for the man in the uhaul uniform who was checking someone else in (talking about himself) to be able to check us in. Came across that he was busy and I was interrupting when I was trying to get our truck and the trailer off the road as we were blocking right where people turned off a busy road. Clear signs and a less crowded drop off would be good. My husband pulled in but couldn't get the trailer off the road. Another truck waited in the road for us to complete our return and back out. The man was friendly once it was our turn to talk to him. We pulled the truck in, folded blanket and then he disconnected the trailer and moved it into another row allowing us to back out of the facility. I am SUPER glad we didn't try to drop the trailer after hours as I wouldn't have had a clue.

We couldn't find a person at the desk for about 5 minutes after checking in online. But eventually they came around. This location has a great selection of rentals and the cargo van we rented was in great shape and clean. No parking at the location was a bit hairy, but we could see it was because they've packed so many rentals into the lot.

You have too much equipment built up at this tiny location. Your workers have to fight to get vehicles out which causes customers too have to wait and get frustrated. That's why most reviews are negative

Had to wait 3 hours to get truck because the truck I reserved wasn't turned in. They ended up giving me another size truck after waiting 3 hours. The truck wasn't properly inspected. There wasn't enough water and the truck broke down on the highway and we had to wait 4 hours to get it fixed. The communicate of the app was not helpful. We didn't know what to do. It was very stressful.
