Our car suffered damage when removing it from the car trailer due to following the instructions of the uhaul employee. It would have been a lot worse damage if my sister-in-law and I hadn't seen the car tire about to fall off of the track.Noah N.

The staff was so kind and very professional. The only difficulty I had was extending my time via phone or on uhaul.com. It seems you are always calling a call center you call the store number. I did the entire self check and just needed to drop off the key. I asked the attendant where the box was and he said â€œi can't tell you that until you move your truck around to this spot.â€ I said but this was self check in and they ask that I drop the truck off and take a picture. He responded very rudely again by telling me to pull the truck around and that he wouldn't take my key. It was very frustratingAndrew K.

The uhaul mobile application was telling me that the Key drop box was hanging on a post near the building. After spending 15 extra minutes looking for the key dropbox, I was 15 minutes late and was charged $29.00. I think if there's going to be a option to drop off the rental after hours, customers should know exactly where the dropbox is to avoid being charged extra trying to return your equipment.Jarred H.
Overall the truck was in good condition and the cargo box was in good shape. The only complaint was in the cab - the ashtray was dirty with butts and ash. The cup holders were dirty with spilled drink. Not a huge deal but still disappointing.James A.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6am for the 24/7 service. The uhual website did not work appropriately and I was not able to pick up my reservation. Since I was dropped off by an uber I had to wait until 7am, when the store opened. Once it opened I told the workers the issue and that I had been waiting outside for an hour. The continued to do their morning routine (check vehicles, collect keys, and etc) while I waited an additional 20 mins. Then when I called to extend I was charged $50 for an inconvenience fee when I was completely inconvenienced the entire day. I will never use uhual again and I am completely disgusted by my experience.Kasena H.

I ordered furniture pads with the trailer. When I picked up the trailer I confirmed with the agent that I needed pads and that they would be in the trailer. When I got to the location I needed them, no pads. That's when the real service nightmare started. After 5 calls and over two hours on hold, I've still been charged for the pads. The location made a small error, but U-Haul's customer service and support is DMV caliber bad.William S.

Made reservation for a closer location. Was contacted that I needed to go to a farther location and pick up 15 minutes later than my closer location opened (9am). Reason was that we had to wait for my trailer to be dropped off. Upon arrival, 6 trailers the size I requested was lined up on the lot. Went into to pay, location opens at 7:00am. So I could have picked up my trailer earlier! When asked if I was going drop off at same location, I asked to drop off at original (closer) location. Was told I would be charged $100-200 for a one way rental and not being in town rental. IT WAS THE SAME TOWN! I just had to go farther away. Not happy with whole process.Michael R.
Customer service took their sweet time helping us. It was very frustrating as this was the third time getting a truck from this location. The truck was crap, we ended up renting this same exact truck about a month a part, and nothing was fixed. The headlights were dim, the headliner was shredded and falling down, there was a loud rattle and noise inside that we couldn't fix, the left turn signal just stayed on, and the ride was so rough it felt like an uncomfortable massage the whole rideKevin M.

You deserve no stars!!! Hire competent workers that dont habitually lie and misrepresent services . First of all you stole the joy out of our closing day and wrecked our moving schedule with your complete disrespect and disregard for our contracted time . Waiting to call us while we are already enroute to pick up or reserved moving truck and telling us you don't have our truck or any other truck for miles and that you decided to simply cancel our entire 4 day reservation and say quote â€œsorry for the inconvenience is absolutely disgusting . We had taken unpaid days off of work, hired movers and scheduled pick ups and your just like sorry we don't have a truck for you. Then when we scramble to find a truck with another company , you call back and offer a truck 1.5hr away (2hr drive in Nashville traffic) only if we race up and immediately pick it up else that's will be rented out as well. So absolutely disgusting on your part to add more stress to and already challenging time. 2 hrs in rush hour traffic , we were told the truck would be ready to go immediately when we got there, yet another lie!!!!! We got there and had to wait in line as workers casually took their time to service customers. Then we told them we need one day of complimentary Dolly rental since we paid movers who we could not meet to move us that day . We could not waste a day and we could not wait to start later . We ask about purchasing blankets the employee said don't worry you truck comes with them. They did not tell us the were going to charge us 4 days x charge for 1 day if use, of which we should never have been charged!!!!!! We were 2 hrs late to hour closing appointment by the time we got back from Nashville traffic !!!! We had no movers we had to go straight to closing then when we left we had to head to storage and load by ourselves . No help since you screwed up our schedule. We were also schedule to pickup a package that day in symerna that was also off set by 6hrs!!!!!! And cost additional fuel since we had to take a long get route then planned. All stress we didn't need!!!! We had to call a sitter to meet us after closing since instead of having movers we now had yo move alone. Again added cost snd stress. That initial days stress and delays set us off over half a day, half a day of moving we had yo catch up on the 3rd and 4th days during severe rain storms , thank you fir that as well. Kids everywhere , furniture and boxes soaked. We had to drop the truck off after hours because we were so behind . We called first thing in the morning requesting the promised discount on the the equipment used, we were told the recipes had to be generated first. Of course another disgusting lie from your company, multiple calls later we have still not been refunded for the Dolly or blankets. We only used on the first day but instead were repeated charged 4 days for renting and we didn't agree to those charges!!!! Your nothing but a bunch of rude, nasty , lieing crooks. I will be providing a very honest review on every website possible and let everyone know about the nightmare you put us through and year they are best to steer clear of your awful company!!!! I will also submit a formal complaint to the better business bureau .Arthur S.

This location is a great location and has many trucks available, including the larger ones. The truck was clean and the furniture blankets were also clean and well folded. The issue I had was with the way the truck ran and the state of the truck when I got it. It had a very unpleasant smell to it, and the fabric over the windshield was torn and hanging as if someone went at it with a knife. The truck bounced like a bucking bronco if it went over 45 miles an hour in a way that made it feel like the cab was coming apart from the container. The left turn blinker did not work when the headlights were on and the right headlight was loose and bounced quite a bit. It made riding in the truck a less than stellar experience.Kenya T.

I noticed a lot of 1 star reviews at this location when I looked it up; however, I have not the first clue why there were so manyâ€¦ as I arrived to drop off the trailer I rented a very nice, friendly, and super professional man (Anthony) guided us to where we needed to take the trailer. Just as fast as we got there Anthony had us taken care of. He asked a few questions, unhooked the trailer for us, and we were out of of there. I was very pleased and very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of Anthony and this drop off location!
