The man that checked out the trailer was very helpful and drop off was the easiest one I have had. I really liked this location and would come here again

7.00 to use the hand cart is ridiculous.
Todd S.I felt cheated since we told you the service with return for 7:00 pm, at that time I arrived at the office and it was already closed, but there was a person inside, he told me to leave the keys in a mailbox on the outside of the official and so I did, what is my surprise when the next day I see additional charges in my account because they are charging me 2 days of rent when I only use the truck for 3 hours

james H.Uhaul really needs to upgrade the trailer wheel bearings (or whatever the design limitation is) to allow the customer to pull at a faster speed than 55mph. It is unsafe to travel at that speed on an interstate and for many interstates it is barely the minimum allowed speed limit.

mike A.Make the gas rule just a full tank. That way you are just replacing what you use and you won't have to guess and calculate. Ease of use is the key to customer service. That silly chart is ridiculous. Simple is repeat customers
Steven R.Staffing was obviously lacking as upon arrival I waited 30 minutes for the 1 employee to come from outside to the counter to complete the pick up of our rental. I actually went out back to let find him and let him know we were inside awaiting assistance. His frustration was easy to read from verbal and non verbal actions.
Greg V.Drop off location was open, went in the store, staff no where in store. We heard them come in and out of the back, called out to them, no one even came to the store front counter. So I got online to return, staff would look at us, we attempted to get them to come over, they got in another truck and drove over to park it. Not even a hello or can I help you. Yet, I can get a receipt about a fuel charge for $24, yet I didn't agree with it and put over $130 in fuel for less that 200 miles because of all the issues, check engine light, fuel sensor light, wrench light, squeaking breaks, steering pulling to the driver side. I will say this is not the drop off locations fault for these issues but after the horrible truck experience, A “hello can I help you†would have been appreciated.

Timothy A.The truck was supposed to be 1/4 tank full of gas, but we ran out of gas 10 minutes down the road. When we picked up the truck we were handed the keys and told “it should be parked facing the street†we searched in the cold and ran for the truck for 10 minutes! We had no way of knowing how to identify the truck. When we returned the truck we were told we would be charged a second time. I kept asking the guy to explain and he just kept telling me “we don't charge you until after†I had to pull out all my savings only to find out HOURS later that the money came out of the hold amount. Which means I had to pay penalty fees for withdrawing from my savings. I paid for extra gas because it wasn't at 1/4 tank and I spent hours trying to solve the charge problems. Worst experience I have ever had. The employees treat you like you are an inconvenience to their life. I am horrified that such a large company can't find at least one person who cares about their customers at that store.

She told me my truck was in this location, i went outside in the blistering cold looking for the truck when it was on the completely other side of the building. The lady told me my utility dolly was in the truck when it wasn't. It was overall my worst experience at U-Haul.

Heather B.The trucks battery died while in the middle of my move. Roadside assistance was 1 1/2 hour wait after being put on hold for 30 minutes. I called someone outside of Uhaul and had to use jumper cable box to recharge battery and get going again. This was a terrible experience, glad it was a local move and not long distance.

Marcius G.I didn't know that you cannot drop the truck off at any location any more. That's dumb because if I'm moving out of town 40 minutes away why would I drive the truck all the back to where I moved away from. Also I was never informed about this when getting my rental I did not find out until I had already returned the truck to a closer location.
