I dealt with two guys one I don't know the name and the other I think his name was Zach. He was a bigger dude who is into racecars. Well he was nice and professional. The other guy and the manager however were the rudest people I've felt with in a while. The other guy came out completing about the customers to us and Zach. Then he complained about us and the pick up location to us because it appeared the pickup location too the assisted vehicle unload fee. He then wanted us to pay that fee again because he wasn't going to do it for free. Then Zack helped us regardless and he ran off. Then the manager started telling and getting into Zach for helping us unload the vehicle. The best part of the experience there was leaving and coming back to return the truck after we unloaded it and only Zach was there to help. Thank you save and I apologise if I got your name wrong!

Marty and all the staff were wonderful. They were helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this location enough. Everything we had asked for was provided, and they even helped with things we had forgotten to think about!

I ordered a trailer on Friday and told me it was all taken care of I got there Saturday you had no trailer and then the guy took another phone call left me on hold for 10 minutes while you talk to somebody on the phone I had to rent a trailer Sunday for double the price Collier go U-Haul 1-800 number nothing but a recording yeah I'm really mad pretty pissed off I think you owe me a refund I will never go there again and use your service I will tell all my friends not to use your service you suck I'd like to get my money back to tell you the truth or at least half of it

computer systems were slow. waited 30 min for service. was told one place to pick up on confirmation email when pick up locations was 22 mies away from what i was told. i will rent from local equipment rental then ever rent again from uhaul.

Check out and setup of the new ball on my hitch was easy as Zach the agent took care of everything. Very professional and helpful to get me all setup quickly. Somewhere along the way, the electrical cable for the trailer lights stopped working and had no lights on the trailer. Having not touched that setup at all during the rental, something clearly went wrong and the agent was very gracious in helping determine this in troubleshooting and didn't blame me for it. Was such a refreshing approach to the experience (because things go wrong) and to know that he apologized and did his best to help with the early checkout and getting it all back really made it a very easy and pleasurable experience. Will need to rent again for another move in 2 weeks and will absolutely come back for that same trailer (once wiring fixed) to rent again.

Sandy and Milton are the best. Of course, they learned from the best, the owner and branch manager. I will literally go nowhere else because of the service, professionalism, pride, dedication, and enthusiasm is the best here. If they do not have it, they will do their best to get it or find it for you! By the way, this is my second time using them, and it keeps getting better.

I dealt with Milton and Marty and their customer service was exceptional!! I was in and out in a timely manner and Milton made sure all of my needs were met. I will continue to visit this location for all of my moving needs as well as send all friends and family to this location!

first of all i paid for my rental up front on 4/10 for (115.00). Returned trailer on afternoon of 4/15/2019. Now on 4/16/2019 i see another charge on my bank that is NOT MINE. ( $144,00 ) HOW WOULD UYOU FEEL ABOUT THAT??????

The pick up location added 20 miles onto my trip which I had to pay for. This location was not my preferred location. I was told my preferred location didn’t have the truck available but one 3 minutes away did, I said that was ok. Then another day later they changed my location again to one 10 miles away.

There was only one person running the store and it was too large for that. The auto transport I rented had a tire web that was torn and unuseable. It took me 1.5 hours to get the vehicle and auto transport rented, even after I did the express check-in online.

Had problems with truck had to return it early man that answered the phone at that location said nothing he could do about it and said he didn't believe me. Roadside assistance is going to give me a credit but I won't use that location again because of the rudeness I received when I reported the problem. Couldn't finish my move because of this.

The guy was rude. I told him i was new to this and he didnt explain nothing to me. Then charged me $100 and told me when i return the uhaul i would get whatever it would caculate to which was around $50 . so its been 2 days and still have not got my other $50. The guy could have told me that . He made me think i would get my money back that night

The left mirror had to be replaced while we were there and it ended up delaying us 45 mins. Then the alignment was off which made driving difficult. AND I asked several times if a 20’ was enough and it was not. Now I have to go back and move the rest of my stuff. I am upset to say the least.
