I received a U-Haul Truck that was a nightmare got to the storage loaded the Truck up in the rain and the Ruck Door would not close had to call roadside the store on 21st said .I never got a answer over 30-45 minutes so my movers had to take stuff back off left sofa loveseat on had to ride with Door open and Son in back yea very dangerous but I received no damn assistance from store.So I rented a Truck didn't get to get my stuff just a sofa loveseat I am not happy and I am a loyal customer for years with U-Haul

I had no reservations and yet check in and check out was great

We reserved a truck to pick up much more conveniently in our hometown and we're told the day before we would have to drive to another town to pick up a different (larger) truck. This has happened to us before with U-Haul - reserving a truck weeks in advance and then being notified the day before that not only would we be driving a larger truck than needed and paying more gas money, but that we would have to take an extra hour of our day (as we were coordinating packing and loading for a cross country trip. When I called U-Haul and expressed my unhappiness, I was basically told “Too bad for you, Do you want the truck or not?” But you can listen to the recorded phone call.

It is a very busy location. The front desk staff needs more help. It's ridiculous that companies raise their rates and make more profits and the ‘working class' is struggling to keep up with less help. The lady that was there On 8.11.2022 was working so hard with all the calls and the line kept getting longer and no one came out to help her. She kept her cool the entire time but I could tell she was stretched very thin.

You need more then one person at this location. At least two people. One on the desk and the other for installations. The gentleman was very polite and knew what he was doing. I explained something went bed the last time and he advised he was careful and knew what he was doing.

A secure place for customers to leave heir own vehicle would be nice. Someone entered my locked vehicle during the few hours I was renting your truck. No major damage or things lost but left me with an unsettling feeling.

I tried to access the uhaul website to change drop off locations. I entered a call back request, received the call back, only to wait for 45 minutes, only to be cut off after 45 minutes of waiting on the phone. All of the personal interactions were fabulous. Your automated system is horrendous.

i called in advance to talk to someone about a trailer rental and was given information on how to get one for a few hours and was not told i had to do the stuff on my phone anyways so when we show up to get the trailer we get left in the building sweating for 20 minutes to just then be told we had an entire process to go through still. the guy there had no clue what he was doing or even why i had to pay almost $100 for a $14.95 posted rental it was ridiculous and the worst experience i have had with a uhaul location

We had a reservation to pickup our rental @8:30..no one was there..when my husband finally got someone to answer, they texted and said they were in a meeting. Finally arrived a little after 9:00 and then sent us to another location a mile away to actually pick up the truck. We had people we were paying to help us ready to meet us and we ended up being over 45 minutes later due to this glitch.

They told me I would receive a credit since I picked up the truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas and then they charged me 175 plus I had to fill the tank back up to 1/4 of a tank.
