The employees of UHaul should not ask the customers to assist in installing the trailer or assistance in attaching it to the UHaul. This could be a legal issue for the company as well as the customer.RENA D.
Should credit some miles due to having to drive 15 miles to pick up since not available equipment in my town (we have 4 U-Haul centers in town). Also, dolly and 6 blankets are nice to keep in truck but should be removed due to space being taken up when not requested.WILLIAM D.

Make sure associates are on the same page. One tried to charge me for something I prepaid online. The other stopped them because they saw my prepayment. I also paid for an appliance fillet but only got a regular dolly. This made it difficult for our move. They really could've/should've done a lot betterDarÃ© O.
The service was good. The trailer was good. The app was not functional for after hours return. It would not allow photos to be uploaded.

I haven't rented a U-Haul before today. It was a great experience. Everyone was polite and knew exactly how to do their job. They explained everything. No hidden fees at all.Susan B.

There were a few issues here. First, the computers were down when I returned the trailer so the fella behind the counter was a bit flustered. He told me I could drop the trailer "right there" (where I'd parked) and told me he would close out the contract when the computers came up. He was not about to get up and help disconnect it. I'm fine with that (I use trailers weekly) but it just isn't what I expected after the great service I was exposed to in Durant. Evidently, he did not close it out and I received a call the next day telling me I was "late" returning the trailer. I explained everything to the guy on the phone and, after a moment, of silence, told me "ok." That was the end of the conversation. He didn't apologize for the mix up or the unnecessary phone call. Again, not a big deal on its own but just another issue. Lastly, the link in the email took me to a $0 receipt..These issues will not prevent me from using Uhaul in the future but the return facet of this rental was less than perfect.CHARLES F.

Reserved trailer online, got notification that it was reserved at a different place. Called that location they said it was because one was not available. Went to the location that it was changed to, they did not have the trailer we needed, so they sent us to the original location we reserved from. When we got there, they had one but had to be back the next morning at 8 am. Your reservation system does not work AT ALL!Jessie S.
