Cheryl BI checked in online and was given a quote that didn't match that which I was given at the counter when I picked up a truck. Specifically, I said online I didn't need insurance, but they tried to charge $26 for insurance when I got there. What's the point of the online check-in if you have to do it all over again when you get there?
Logan HThe U-Haul that I rented had zero fuel when I got into the vehicle. I told onsite staff about this and was told “then go fill it up”. While en route to the gas station down the street I noted the steering of this vehicle was extremely unsafe and would “float around” due to the rack and pinion being shot. The vehicle ran out of fuel before I got to the gas station so I ended up pushing the vehicle the rest of the way….0 out of 10. I genuinely think I will not be using U-Haul at all for anything in the future. Would not recommend on the slightest, even for their storage units. This was just an extremely bad experience for me.
Garrett BReservation was for 20’ of which gas tank had been drilled and emptied and then they only had a 15’ truck which resulted in multiple hours of additional move time.
Stefanie PThe location used my information to create a reservation and illegally charged my card. The explanation as to why it happened didn't make since. After calling several times and getting the issue escalated, the manager said she would fix it and call back and never did. Still waiting on a call & a charge back for the fraudulent charge that was made to my card.

Katie DTruck was parked too tightly to pull out without help, which was never offered, had to go in to request help (I am an experienced driver of bobtails and large delivery trucks but there was a empty towing trailer angled poorly so as to block my way pulling out). Did not have the pads or dollies I paid for in the back, had to return to get them. Wasn’t told by attendant to fill out pre trip inspection from my phone (not that I would’ve been able to do a walk around before starting it since there was NO space, couldn’t even access the rear latch to see the truck was empty) and didn’t see it till it was too late. Luckily the truck was undamaged, but it if it wasn’t I feel like I would’ve been charged for existing damage. Everyone was very nice, but it was a very disappointing experience given the amount of money I paid. I would never rent from this location again.
