Improve customer service. The associate asked if I had a reservation, then made me wait 15 minutes while she finished cleaning. Then my reservation was changed twice because the pick-up truck was not available and she could not find the keys for the cargo van. I ended up with an dirty truck.Jahlia S.

I'm not rating this well until I receive my receipt. They told me it had been emailed and it has not. It is not in my spam and I've received other emails just fine. The actual experience was fine except for that, but I want my damn receipt without waiting on hold 30 years. Maybe Uhaul will save me the trouble if I provide negative ratings.RICHARD T.

The pick up location at Crum Lynne was ok in general it was easy and the people were friendly and helpful. The issue I have with the overall experience was at minimum very frustrating. I reserved a trailer in Malvern since this is close to my home, the primary reason for renting from U-Haul. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I was told my reservation was changed to Crum Lynne, about 40 minutes away in the other direction from where I need to drop of furniture and my home.. I also had to drop off the trailer back where I picked it up, they would not change this. I received no email or any notification of this change and was not aware until I got to the Malvern location. This change added a significant amount of time and mileage to the trip. This is actually my first bad experience after renting from Malvern several times before, however I have heard from friends recently that this situation has happened to them recently (although they were notified before) and it appears this is becoming the norm.WILLIAM N.
It smells like old trash and I didn't receive my emailed receipt as asked when completing my rental. I tried to call several times but it's a 45 minute hold time. Please get it togetherTAMIKA R.
Overall, I had a good experience. The only issue I had was that the truck I rented had a hole in the roof. I was given a partial refund due to the condition of the truck which was much appreciated and speaks to the management quality of the location. Other than the condition of the truck, I had a good experience using this location.Bill B.

A sign in the truck said that if you swept the truck out and folded the pads before returning, you would get a $25 credit. I did both and got nothing. Just one more broken promise from U-Haul.Thomas L.
After we returned our rental i got a message from my credit card company that the uhaul location attempted to charge my credit card over $5500.00. I went back to the location and they said they knew nothing about it. I called the credit card company and they said the charge was definitely attempted from the uhaul location. I had rented from this location before and never had this happen. Not sure what happened but it was very alarming!!!!MARIA F.

I would make sure that the vehicle is parked in a spot that is accessible to the customer when it's a early pick up as well as making sure it has a good amount of gas. When I picked mine up it was blocked in with a 1/4 tank of gas.Chris C.

Hello, Rented the 10" truck for 4 hours. It worked but 1. The key had to be played with to start the vehicle. It took at least 60-90 sec each time. 2. Driver's sideview mirror was loose causing it to tilt down thus rendering it unusable and dangerous. I had to wrap a bungee cord around the base to prevent slippage. The vehicle had 116K miles on it. Professional customer service in person at this location. Rented cargo van had left turn signal light out (not working), and side twin-door didn't open (right hand main door opened, but left hand secondary for was broken shut).STEVEN K.
Train your employees better so they are able to give the correct information when questions are asked. That could eliminate the issues that we had picking up our rental. I have filed a complaint with the regional manager, since the location manager doesn't seem to think there was anything wrong with how our contract was handled. This is one of the two locations I frequently rent from however due to a shortage of workers my pickup time was delayed significantly. But I can say the one female worker that was there did an excellent job servicing everyone. She gets five stars.VERNICE L.

It was a last minute rental when another U-Haul location provided a trailer without working lights. Originally this location couldn't locate the keys. When the keys were located it was loaded with padding and boxes from previous reservation. Had to wait for it to be emptied. Contract stated 3/4 tank of gas had closer to 1/8th. Manager did update the contract to indicate 1/4 tank so it was returned with 1/4 tank.RACHEL R.

UHaul in Philadelphia were kind of crappy, and modified my rental to a smaller truck the pick up a day before I needed it. This place had everything I needed and were extremely helpful. There were no hand trucks available despite asking for two. However, we were given two appliance trucks and they honestly helped us a lot more. Hire more employees. There were only two employees working at this location, which from what I observed, was a busy location. The two employees were very efficient at their job, handling customers, answering my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of the hitch installation. Uhaul is lucky to have the two employees at that location. I did not get their names, but appreciated their efforts. They both need/ deserve a raise!Benjamin K.

Dropped SUV off at 9:am and was told done my 12:00 Called at 2:00 on hold for 20 minutes. Asked phone# you had wrong # again. Said done by 6:00 called again at 6:30 on hold for an hour and half said they were closed?? Talked to someone who said I could pickup my car in the morning...this was a bad experience from start to finish. Would not recommend you for anything!Frank G.

I was in last Saturday to have an hitch installed. I don't remember the guy's name who serviced me but his customer service skills were excellent!!! It appeared to me that he was the only one running the entire store and shop! He professionally handled everything and everyone so well. There was just under 1/8 of a tank of gas, so I had to try to guess how much to get. I over estimated and returned the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas (3 times the amount I was given at rental), but did not receive a credit for the extra fuel. I feel you should rent your trucks with a full tank so customers know definitively how much gas to buy prior to returning the rental.BRIAN F.
