Michael A.Honestly the communication with this location and uhaul in general is terrible. I was told when I reserved the unit on the call center I could upload my credentials and I would get a call 24 hrs before I was to pick up to verify we are on track. I uploaded my lecense and checked in like I was supposed to but due to travel issues had to postpone picking up the trailer an extra day. So 24 hrs before no call. In fact I never received a call from anyone at uhaul. I called multiple times. Never anything but we will see you on Monday. The original paperwork had me picking up at Coronado location. I leave phoenix az and drive to Coronado location in El paso tx to get the trailer. I get there and nope it is now changed to uhaul on mesa. 30 minute drive. No reason just ah it changed. So I get to mesa and now because I'm moving states and have a paper license I can't rent the trailer. Wth. So I didn't waste the trip the clerk let me get my brother in law to upload his license. And rent it to my brother in law. My brother in law was never at the store. They never talked to him in person or even on the phone. Honestly it could have been a license I found on the ground and that was acceptable but my paper license which is acceptable to law enforcement was not accepted. This was Honestly the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. I'd be ashamed Honestly to have my business practices be so weak. I could have kept the trailer and you guys couldn't have gone against my brother in law because he never signed anything or was even at you store. This was ignorant. And then the reason I was given was some made up bull about a truck being rented by a terrorist and filled with propane tanks and them finding the truck and the paper license he used on the ground by the truck. Jesus. Totally unprofessional.
John J.Charges $30 for the gas tank barely being below half which half is what I got it at. Put gas in it right before I returned it. Worst uhaul experience and I've never had a problem before today. I've always used uhaul. Never again.

Daniel M.The people working here espiar the desk are not customer oriented. Plus they say the hitch height needs to meet u-haul standard's I which mine was and 1 1/2 low forcing me to spend additional $24.00 on a receiver. Plus it took them forever to get me checked out. Very unprofessional!!!

Mack T.The manager Jorge is looking at my car because the wiring installed by Uhaul in Corpus Christi is not working. The frustrating part is I have used the hitch only twice, pulling a Uhaul trailer both times and this is the third time I am fixing the wiring.

My only complaints is that I entered my card information and submitted pictures of my license online, only to arrive to the store and get asked for it again. Per the employee the information “doesn't transferâ€, so why have us enter it online only to have to do it at the store again.

Francene P.Everyone was great. It was especially busy, but they got us in and out very quickly. I had zero issues with the 5x8 trailer I rented. It was an older one, but did the job just fine. A few years back I rented a trailer at a different location in another state, and it took about an hour for them to get my info and then they said go out and hook it up yourself (which I'm totally capable of doing). But this place was different, they didn't let me raise a finger, and they were as fast as they could be checking me in. . Very efficient. Kudos.

Sabrina K.The return experience has been so difficult, needed to change return location called 4 different times to ask if it was a problem, was told no if returned to same location of pick up, wouldn't be a problem, was unable to complete on line return, only two representatives notated the account , was told return location would read notes and it was going to be adjusted for the issues but was never adjusted so charged for all the mileage, not sure why you have call center of no one knows how to notate the account or make the changes in system!

Paying $10 more per month to have a lower level unit was silly. $45 a month is too much for such a small unit, I don't see the value or cost savings there. It served it's purpose which was me storing someone else's items and now I no longer need it.
