Absrecovery would not honor a reservation and made me go across town making me over an hour late for my delivery. He also flagged my account and his explanation was I was rude? Not true but he was beyond rude and arrogant . In front of a lobby full of people he was rude and wouldn't give me any reason why I couldn't rent the 9 foot cargo van I had reserved 24 hrs prior to with a credit card! Completely unacceptable!!!

I was told (and the contract stated) that I could return to a specific uhaul in our city, yet when I was ready to return the truck I found out that specific location does not accept one way rentals...very deceiving experience and we paid a lot more for a one-way vs returning the truck where we got it. Overall a terrible experience. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I came in with only 30min. I was frustrated and annoyed with everything. The employees understood and helped me offload my auto transport, and allowed me to temp park it there since I had my sis and her baby with me and I needed to take them to the apt. Without their help I would have had to drive the whole uhual and auto transport into downtown San Diego which would have been bad. Thank you so much!!!!

Originally rented my truck from another location, but was called the day before and told it was damaged and no longer in use. They switched me to the El Cajon Blvd location. I showed up 15 mins earlier than my scheduled pick up time, and ended up waiting 50 mins in line. Was told online I can use the app to pick up my truck, but was unable to do so. They did agree to let me have more time with the truck since I spent about an hour waiting in line. Bringing the truck back went smoothly.

Front desk was nice and helpful. Customer service was great. I called and was helped right away .

The truck I was given had the gas line cut, so that when I was trying to fill the gas tank the gasoline was spewing out all over the ground. I slipped and nearly fell and could have severely injured myself, not to mention the hazard of being made to drive the truck in this state. Yet I was still charged for the rental, and given a small credit for gas. The employees stated that gas lines being cut is a known problem at this location, so there is no reason that any truck shouldn't be checked for that before being rented out. This was an extremely dangerous rental.

Customer service was awful. The employees were generally rude, and slow to help. I was also charged an extra months rental for a ubox after it was emptied out and my lock was taken off.

For the purposes one uses uhaul business this facility is highly recommended.

U-Box was not ready at scheduled day/time despite confirmations from U-Haul and calls made by us to confirm appt. Movers had to be rescheduled and staff was unhelpful even locating the box.
