Your reservation system is misleading. When I expressed concerns about your customer service people were rude. You need to commit to an equipment allocation or be clear that the equipment is not available at the desired location. I may not use UHaul again, particularly due to the rudeness of the last person that I spoke to.Tracey C.

You encourage customers to do everything online. But when I was at the UHaul in Ballwin, they told me they could not install a hitch to my Audi Q7. They said they wish online wouldn't allow customers to make this appointment knowing it cannot be done.THOMAS H.

The clerk did not know how to handle a corporate account, she has to wait for another clerk to come and help, the 2nd clerk didn't know how to handle the situation, the location manager came and he said " I hate dealing with corporate accounts " and left, did not help or try to. The truck's gas tank wasn't Full as indicated on the contract, I have to take a picture of it on my phone check out, the mileage wasn't correct either.murad Y.
For some reason locations direct lines aren't working and other customers complained too. This location has full staff and is willing to answer phones, but it keeps going to a service. It's an issue and needs to be addressed. Customer needs to be able to contact location directly!!!!CRAIG G.

The 4x8 trailer you rented me leaked around the doors. We passed through several heavy rain storms during our trip and when we reached our destination and open the doors we discovered that all of the things that were packed near the doors were completely soaked. Some of the blankets we rented from you and had some of our belongings wrapped in were wet when we reached our final destination. We had taken them out to let them dry and forgot to put them Back into the trailer when we returned it I do believe you're charging me for those blankets but at the very least I think that you should not charge me for my inconvenience and the damage that occurred to the things that were packed by the door. You need to either fix the doors on the trailer or take the trailer out of service. I'm not sure if I will use UHAUL when I am in need of a trailer in the future.James D.

I'm sure it was in the fine print but it would've been nice to have been told about the 24/7 equipment return when I picked up the trailer. I was charged for an extra day because I didn't have it back at 7am on the dot. Could've dropped it off the night before if I had known that was an option.JOSEPH W.
Jason was very courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly the trailer I'd need. I was new to pulling a trailer and he talked to me about how it would handle and safety. I had no problems and it all went smoothly. I would recommend this store and staff.LAURA H.

Didn't have a pick up truck. Discouraged me from using online check in. Two ladies were bickering behind the counter. Then they gave me a 17ft van which was fine for my needs but the gave me the wrong one so the mileage and fuel didn't align to the contract. Tried calling and was told I need to wait 25 minutes before talking to a customer service rep. Everything worked out but it was a disappointment. On a side note, I am a shareholder in Amerco and was also disappointed from a shareholder perspective. I've always admired Uhauls business model and have had good experiences in the past. Hope this was just a bad day for that location and not something more systemic. FYI I live the truck 24/7 model and it's needed as competitors enter this space but it only works if the locations are participating. I really don't want to stand in line for 15-20 minutes and talk to someone when I only need a pickup for a couple hours.JASON H.

1.) I was told pick-up trucks were not available at the location I requested. However, when I arrived there were 3 u-haul pick-up trucks in the lot. 2.) I was not told by either representative on the phone or at the store that I needed to do a drop off check. Since I was moving the whole time I rented the truck, I never checked the confirmation text. I got charged the $20 "convenience" fee for checking. Not sure what I paid for. All of the interactions with upcharging to a larger truck that I didn't need and the convenience fee makes everything U-haul does look like a cash grab. Will not be using U-haul again. I will probably just switch to Menards rental trucks.CHELSEA S.

They did need to do a better job of cleaning out the trailer before we picked it up. There was quite a bit of dirt from prior rentals. Also the person who helped us at the counter didn't seem to be aware that we had done the online check in prior. It took longer at the counter than it should have.Rick T.
