My move went so well by using the UHaul UBox. My UBox was dropped off on Thursday, April 28th. I had a full day to pack it up and it was picked up on time on Friday, April 29th. It arrived safely at my final destination and I had a full week to unload. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Just keep up the great work!! Thank you, Mary

Also the steering was extremely dangerous there were multiple times I almost went off the road because of how bad the steering was … I felt very unsafe and when I told the guy when I dropped the van off he didn't care he said ok … I've not very happy with this time that I rented from uhaul

Simon S.I rented a van for less than 90 minutes to pick up some repaired door screens. It was the only van available Saturday. The staff was excellent, professional and gave great customer service. However: The van interior smell was atrocious!! It reaked of vomit and cat urine. I had to leave the windows open the entire time. It was barely fit for around town, and I would never take it into the city, let alone across country. It needs a complete interior cleaning and disinfectant. Alan

Guy also said reservation don't mean nothing and it's first com first serve. Made me upset. But I told him that's wrong and I had get the 5x10 instead.

Antony E. | First ImpressionsGreat storage, was a little worried by the roach trap(?) in my room when I moved in but all my stuff seems uninfested. I have plenty of storage in my new place so I don't need to rent space anymore. When I moved out there seemed to be some things breaking down. there had been a standing pool in the loading bay for a month. And the air conditioner made a large clanging sound when I was putting boxes in my car. These didn't influence my decision to move out but they will influence my decision to recommend this storage to others.

I ended up paying extra mileage charges in the end because a truck wasn't available where I needed to pick it up. The rate should reflect where it is requested to originate, not where it ends up being available.

NOEL G.Need to consider a discount for customers already renting and no other unit available. Red Dot Storage is almost half the rate and staff unwilling to accept competitor price matching. Now in paying $49 for a 5x8 and $119 for a 8x10 which seems quite costly when I've been a customer for over a year. I don't have the option to change over to Red Dot because I'm injured and can't lift. Not good customer service.

Manager and employees all were very welcoming and willing to help and take time to explain process and equipment use to this 1st time self mover, making things a little less stressful. The wait in office was a little long at times to check in or out (multiple visits) but that seems to be typical of many businesses these days from staff shortages due to covid19. Having only one pickup truck on site caused need to change schedule but in my case was not critical.

Alane L.Where do we start? 1. If you say you will move your u-boxes to a location don't change the story with your scheduling agents once the boxes are ready to move from storage, and have the only way to move them be your sister company for more money. 2. Have friendly and competent customer service representatives. One incorrectly set us up as new customers when we scheduled the delivery of our boxes, and the next one called me a lier and told me the fact that on my side I was being charged another month of storage was a tech issue, when in fact it was not because of the previously mentioned issue which ended up leading to the boxes being incorrectly scheduled for pickup and other issed. In addition when the delivery date in the system is incorrect do not insult the customer and further infer that they are a lier when they have an issue with waiting until the next day to deal with the incorrect delivery day when the incorrect day is the next day. Empower them to problem solve, implement change, and have empathy. Third customer service rep did two of three. 3. When you have already incorrectly scheduled someone's pickup day for boxes when the correct day comes around do not tell them you cannot have their boxes ready for the movers, hired from your sister company, on the correct day (which was the day after you incorrectly had them scheduled so they should have already been ready), nor not have the correct equipment ready for the moving of the boxes when all steps and movers were selected based on what your schedulers said needed to happen to have the boxes moved. Also don't say to use your sister company to move if they don't have the equipment either. If our movers had not been creative, I am not sure we would have gotten our stuff,, and then what? What should have taken a few hours took the whole day and rearranging of schedules. Time with family and friends that cannot be gotten back.. Between UHaul and your sister company I was insulted, angered, frustrated, and made to cry on at least three different occasions. You made an already difficult and stressful event become easily one of the worst experiences of my life. I will never, ever use your company again, and I will tell everyone I know or have contact with who is considering moving not to use your company.

Given that these areas are enclosed, I feel that your facility should follow the same mask mandates that other businesses are required to follow.

The guy I didn't work with soon as I walked into the office area he put his on which I appreciated.
