The General Manager was very rude and short with me. She was angry at one of her employees but took it out on me as a customer during my transaction. She seemed like she was trying to rush me out the door while I was deciding on what moving supplies I needed to buy. Rang everything I had up at the register and caught an attitude when I told her I'm here to rent moving truck. When I came to return the truck the next day, I didn't even want to come in the store. Moving is already stressful enough. I wouldn't recommend this particular store to a friend.

Martha, the manager, was superb! She solved every problem quickly and efficiently. Other counter staff, however, acted like it was their first day on the job with hardly any training. The lack of knowledge of simple tasks was frustrating.

First of all the instructions for picking up a truck after hours were incomplete. Therefore I had to call U-Haul and wait for 25 minutes to get somebody on the phone. In that time I figured out how to access the The information to move forward. However the truck was not in the parking lot that was designated. It was supposed to be in the east parking lot and was actually in the south parking lot. So I spent about five minutes running from lot to lot looking for the truck. Upon returning the truck I followed the instructions on the sign where it designates that you should park and wait for an attendant. I sat there for 15 minutes and then began to blow the horn in hopes that somebody would realize that I was there. And attendant showed up and told me I should’ve gone directly into the building. She said she did not realize that their sign instructed folks to wait in their truck. Once I went inside I waited an additional 15 minutes for the truck to be checked. After that amount of time I left and told them to just call me If there were any issues. When I explained what it happened and was unhappy with my experience there were no apologies whatsoever. Just an attitude of there’s nothing we can do about it and you’re at our mercy. Not a happy camper!

The customer service was pleasant, but the passenger seat belt is broken, and in a state where it’s the law to buckle up, I found this not acceptable. This is a hazard and risk of injury. I reported it to the uhual representative. I also plan to inform corporate. I should’ve received a discount.

Truck returned, employee that checked in the return of truck was very rude due to me parking. GE Told US If We Did Not Park RHE Truck Under THE Port, He Would Fine US $25 More dollars. We told him he could not do it, and it should have been explained to me during rental, to lark the truck under the carport. Your worker need to learn how to speak to customers especially training in not threatening to fine customers to only make his job easier.

They charged me $39 for the dolly that I forgot to return when I returned the uHaul. I brought it back the next day after I called them to let them know I forgot but they never refunded me. I want my $39 refunded! Contract #81102700

The app was very susceptible to poor internet which made the pickup problem hard picking up early in the morning. It worked but had to retry several times.

When i gotten the truck it show engine light plus i was charger extra on gas when i wan't short. In fact the truck wasn't great driving it seem the brake wasn't that good slow down but is not as bad the truck driving. I have told the office about engine light they told me O2 but wasn't my best experience.

Knowing that using U-Haul in the past. Usually when and before accepting the vehicle. There use to be a 4-Points Inspection done. Paperwork was gone over, though the vehicle was not. I had to double check myself that all lights were in working order and no major issues with outside and inside of vehicle. This should be gone over. For both company and customer.

The manager, Martha, is great. I watched her handle an abusive customer on the phone with great professionalism and firmness, while being polite even though she was being cussed out. She handled the situation while still tending to me as I rented a truck. The other staff was friendly and efficient. Good place.

Customer service was not the best. Staff was quoting things incorrectly. When I asked for clarity I was told it would all be on the contract. However the contract would only print after signing. Also advancing screen before I could even read said information being told to accept.

I had complications with getting my truck unloaded. They were so flexible and helpful. When the guys scheduled to unload backed out, they connected me with the greatest guy. The Hulk met me at the storage unit quickly, and unloaded the truck even faster. The staff transformed a trauma into a great experience. I’m grateful to all of them!

Perhaps a quick review with the customer on the equipment. I had options that I had no idea on how to use, the power tailgate in particular. I was impressed by the pickup truck I rented; I'm not a regular user of U-Haul, but have on occasion needed a vehicle that did not own. The equipment over the past 25 years was often worn out and needed to stay in the right-hand lane. Thank you for having new equipment, it made the move efficient.

My only concern was that when I called to request an extension on the truck rental, no one ever answered the phone. I wondered why I was directed to call the number if no one was going to answer it. Other than that, all went well.

This location needs more workers to help get customers in and out in a timely manner. Also the people on the counter needs to cut the small talk and focus on getting the line knocked out when there are a long line of customers waiting.

Don’t have only one service person and 2 trainees. Had to wait 30 minutes to return truck. Was charged and extra 30$ on top of what I already paid, which was already twice what the estimate online was. I will be contacting my card company to dispute the charge.
