The gas tank should be filled. Pick up filled return filled. Simple. Not every variation of every level. Leads me to believe people return truck without putting gas back in. They are charged that high gas rate and the location never puts the gas into the truck.MICHAEL S.

The gentlemen I returned the truck to were the SAVING grace for this place. They were kind and curteous! The "owner" who I picked the truck up from was not my favorite though. He was passively rude and gave me wrong information about the insurance plans available.Jayde L.

This is the best experience I have had with a business in a long time. Why, when I called to schedule, the employee was positive, upbeat and got me right in to put a trailer hitch on. I was quoted a great price as I shopped around, the appointment was on time and done quickly. I had a small concern which was quickly remedied. The final bill was even lower than the quote. The move in instructions are a bit complicated. I came in the first time on Thanksgiving Day after renting a space on line. I received the codes on line but it wasn't clear which box I was supposed the enter the *_____# code; so, I tried it on the wrong building first. Then on the right one but received a you have to set up your code message. I came in the next day and the two young men at the front counter were very helpful and I was squared away.Eric D. | Online Move In

For this location everything was great. A suggestion to Uhaul corporate, please equip your trucks with cruise control and a seat with a little more adjustment for comfort. After over 20 hours and 1000 miles my back and hips still hurt 3 days later.ADAM W.

We reserved our truck online. Since we live in North East we picked there as the pick up and drop off and it was approved and scheduled. Next thing you know we get an email telling us the pick up is 25-30 miles further away adding close to 60 miles or $60 to our trip. Seeing that we had to move that day we had to scrap up more money. Not to mention the car used more gas to drop and pick up the driver. The staff was decent but there was garbage in the cab of the truck and only 1/4th of a tank of gas in it. The truck was in good shape and ran well.Gregg G.

I had to wait for the vehicle be serviced. I got on the road and there was no clock or radio. I called the location and they did not pick up the phone. I called an other local location and ,they picked up the phone and try to solve the problem. Once again I called and the pick up location did not answer there phone. I called road side help they took all my information and the noted it on my reservation. I received a called from the pickup location and talked to a man named M. he said it should be working ,just turn it on, I said no it don't work. This vehicle was not serviced. He said discount and that was the end of the conversation. I drove 368 miles with out a radio, you try it. I'm not using my cell phone for a service I rented. I retuned the vehicle formed them the radio was not working, the man working said $ 10.00 off. Your big discount was less then % 0.03. Can U-Haul afford that amount.Brian M.

The personnel is exceptionally helpful. I had a problem with the door not opening due to my items shifting and blocking the track. The personnel teamed up and worked together to fix the issue. They were kind and courteous and they didn't stop trying until the issue was resolved.Christin G.

My reservation was lost. After looking several times online I called to ask questions and reserve the unit so I could be confident it was what I needed. The reservation was lost. Then it was found and was totally different than what I was told. It was specifically what I didn't want. The worst part is that my phone call and hold time was over an hour. Long over an hour. Then I inquired about renting a truck. I was told there were trucks for my move available over the weekend. I decided to go to the store and check in and sign papers like I was told.. and they couldn't find my reservation for the unit and then found I was charged, checked in and wasted a trip for the wrong unit anyway. Then.. I asked about the truck rental and figured I'd take care of that while I was there and I was told there's nothing and they were overbooked! This was only few hours after I wasted time on the telephone. I was upset about the multiple set backs and being inconvenienced more than once. The storage unit is clean however there are gaps in the broken cealing cover and I can see above the unit. I'm not sure what the problems are but I have been happy. It's uhaul in the past. This time I was very disappointed. I don't have time to hold an hour trying to file a complaint. It obviously isn't going to help my situation if there's nothing available.
