Ensure that when the trailer is dropped off and customer is told they are checked in, that they truly are. I received a phone call the following day asking when I would be turning the trailer in. I'm assuming they found the footage on the camera because I haven't received any notice otherwise. Overall, good service and fast in and out. Would definitely use this location again.MICHAEL B.

Everything was wonderful from the woman Cheyenne who took the call, and helped us when we arrived. It was a very easy and fast process. Also when I called to extend a day over a phone and take care of payment. Overall customer service was a 10. My only issue would be that the remaining balance was unexpectedly incredibly high. I'm not sure why it was, or is I should say because I still owe it, and I intend to pay it after the first of the year. Price overall for time and miles used was not beneficial in the end. Hidden charges, a $19 for a rental then a mandatory insurance and gas fees. That's how my $19 rental for less then twenty four hours and under thirty miles turns into an $70 rental. Not very transparent on the only 19 rental.Sean J.

The manger was so rude. They said that there is something wrong with our vehicle so the light on the 2 wheel equipment doesn't work. And they wanted us to buy a plug converter for them. We tested our car using light screw driver and everything was working but when we used their plug the screwdriver light never worked. We ended up buying a plug from Walmart and everything works great. The U-Haul plug was the problem and the U-Haul team never admit. Even the manger James he said that they r doing us a favor to let us us the U-Haul plug converter. Will never go to this place anymore. So disappointed. I wish there was a zero star âAbdelhakim A.

Uhaul cost me over $700 in items I could not load on my truck or trailer, at least $700 I left for the new owner of my home because it could not fit on the truck and trailer I was stuck with. I do entend to make a call as the trailer blew a tire and brakes causing an unnecessary stay in another hotel where I had to pay for my pets as that was not covered....and then we ran into rain and the truck nor the trailer were sealed so my things were all wet when I unloaded. For all the locations; you need to not tell a customer what their truck is and is not capable of. I was originally only wanting to rent a car trailer and I kept getting told I couldn't use my truck with the car trailer, so then I had to rent a 15' truck, I paid $175, and $35 towards gas afterwards, and your â€œcargo vanâ€ struggle to pull the trailer with the car on top, when I had pulled this SAME exact car on a bigger and longer WOOD trailer, so it was a lot more weight, and my truck pulled it damn good, with no problems at all! My truck is literally a PULLING UNIT, it was BUILT for PULLING!! I am very disappointed with the the fact I had to pay $90 extra about, when I shouldn't even have had to, you informed me it was because of the year of my truck since it was a â€˜94, but again, it was much more capable that you stupid 15' truck. Secondly, I would get told I could rent a trailer from one place, and I would show up there, and they didn't have one, I'd call place after place after place, and none of them was willing to help me until the last one I called, and they helped me find a location that had what I needed, just to get screwed over anyways. I will never go through uhaul ever again!! I will go through somewhere else.Priscilla L.

There was not a walk around the truck or car dolly to point out existing damage. Uhaul personnel did not secure the wheel tie-down straps of the car dolly to prevent damage to the straps. I, the customer, had to figure that out prior to departure. The seats of the truck were not clean. Like a previous renter spilled water, or sat with wet pants. That said, the U-haul personnel were awesome, the facility was clean, well lit and orderly. The equipment performed above my expectations. The windows didn't roll up all the way! The doors didn't shut right and I was afraid the y were going to come open! The latch was so messed up I thought I was going to need a hammer to get it open! I have rented Uhauls before and this was the worst riding truck ever! I'm going to have to go to the chiropractor just to get my back fixed from the jarring ride in this truck! I told the person about these things when I took it back, and he didn't even offer to take anything off my bill, not good customer service!! Online self checkout is extremely hard to use and asked for stuff like my driving license when I already did that online before when I did my reservation. I had to go there, spend 20 mins uploading all stuff again ! And it was dark, and taking a picture of the driving license was a nightmare.Amr S.

An hour before I was supposed to pick the truck up, I received an email that the pick up location had been changed. That was VERY short notice. I didn't see the email, because I was in the middle of moving, until I had arrived at the original pick up location. The new location was about 3.5 mi further of a drive. I really think U-Haul should have driven the truck to the original location rather than make the customer drive to get it. Everybody was nice at U-Haul. But I think since I did make a reservation at a particular location, that burden to make sure my rental was at the confirmed location should have been on U-Haul and not me.David B.

Facility was great. Some staff was helpful. Should not have EVER had to go in 4 times due to not being able to access my unit after hours when I paid for 24hr access. Tried calling the after hours number on the facility for the manager and could not get an answer or a phone call back. Absolutely ridiculous. Due to move out having so many issues with not being able to get in my unit I had to rush to get moved to MN when I would have had a couple days to unload the Uhaul I rented but instead I had about 12hrs! I had to have people move the last of my things out of the unit for me because I could not be there to finish myself unless I wanted to pay for more time with the Uhaul trailer. It's an excellent facility, everything is in tip top shape. The only real problem I have is that after a certain hours everything is closed. I think it's 10:00 p.m. You no longer have access to your storage. I prefer 24-hour access because sometimes I can't always get there during daylight hours or in the hours that you have to set. Doesn't seem like to me it would be that much extra for you to have a night person considering all the electronic security that you have you shouldn't have any issues with 24-hour facility.matthew s. | First Impressions

The storage facility was easy to move in and out of. We had no issues during the time we had the storage unit. The only thing I would recommend for U-haul overall is the automatic payment system, it never worked for us. Elevator kept moving up and down even after the doors opened causing various items of ours to fall over and get damaged. The app wasn't working so we couldn't return the truck, got charged for bringing it back after hours, and got charged for an additional day (additional charges were later reversed except for the extra days rental of the utility dolly). Rented a 20ft truck and was given a free storage unit only to discover that the free unit was 7x10x11 and wouldn't hold all of our belongings. The following day received message warning about potential future charges being assessed due to not putting all of their courtesy carts back in the holding area before leaving. I tried four different times to have the U-haul return location changed to Wichita because that was where my car was and despite my efforts it remained in Anthony 54 miles away from my car an 10 miles from my home. The only reason I can see for this is either the staff isn't listening or U-haul is trying to stick people with the wrong return location charge of $300 dollars. I returned my U-haul in Anthony an rented it again an still I was stuck with Anthony as my return location despite me telling them that I needed to return the U-haul in Wichita because that was were my car was!!
