The truck didn't have cruise control. UGH. Also, the cab had a HEAVY perfume smell which gave me a migraine. They didn't have a 17' truck (which I ordered). They gave me a 15' and offered a 20'. The 15' was tight and the 20' would have been difficult to fit at the house I was moving out of. 17' would have been great.Philip A.

I recommend that UHaul employees disclose â€œcheck outâ€ and â€œcheck inâ€ times on rental equipment to customers as I scheduled my rental from 5:30pm to 5:30pm the following day and they actually set my time from 5:16pm to 5:10pm and charged me a second day rate for turning rental in 7min late.Gordon P.

The enclosed trailer i used had a cam-action trailer hitch lock on the tongue. It seemed like a good design, however, it was more difficult to unlock & remove the trailer from the hitch. I arrived after closing, so I had to detatch the trailer by myself. I had to use items from my truck to wedge under the cam-action lock lever in order to get enough clearance to unlatch the trailer. Maybe look at the design, or test the latch before the customer leaves.Robert C.

Very slow service. Took over 30 min. to rent an appliance dolly. The dolly belts did not turn very easy at all. This is exactly how I ended up with a hernia the last time I rented one from a different location. Not to mention I got a call a few hours after I returned the dolly asking when I was going to return it. The associate never checked it in at all.Larry J.

Returning trailer was frustrating. It kept asking for a password I wasn't provided . I sat on hold twice for over 20 minutes each time . Finally out of desperation I drove off hoping the equipment would remain there for the night until I was able to talk with a live , caring , employeeKirkland F.
I was very upset about uhaul changing my reservation twice. Don't let the location fool you from getting someone in the call center. I had a great experience with Amanda. She tried her best to accommodate me and to make the situation right. If I put my feelings aside from the reservation changes, everything else went well. First time storage user. My only complaint is that neither the email or text told me I had to check in when getting there. I did everything online so I assumed that I was checked in and ready since it said my key was in my unit. It gave me access codes and such but did not really explain that I needed them even during store hours. Other than that, it has been great so far.Kacee M. | Online Move In

Lots of cosmetic damage to the van previously before I got into it. Check engine light was on but they did warn me about that. The 10' trucks should come with a ramp also. Other than that the associates were very friendly and helpful. Great location.ANDREW L.

The trailer was in perfect shape however, the appliance dolly was broke and not discovered until I went to strap around the appliance and it would not tighten up. The stop that it rests against when tightening was broke and had obvious signs or rusting where the plate was welded to the frame. This piece of equipment should have been (and hopefully is) out of commission before someone gets injured. I had to run to the nearest hardware store and purchase ratchet straps to lockdown the appliance to the dolly before I could move the appliance. I'm addition to complain to the lot attendees I attempted to talk to the counter help who was with another customer. After waiting 10 minutes I had to leave workout the contact with the counter person.Terry M.
