Outstanding service! She was pulling out of the parking lot after closing and saw us pull up with our U-Box for drop off. Knowing we had come 128 miles from a remote town so rural it doesn't have U-Box service. Nevertheless, she went back and opened the warehouse so we could drop off the box in a secure location. The spirit of Excellence!

When first arrived I could not find my unit but then staff member Jebidiah helped me as walking by. Even had me pull car around to unload at closest exterior doors that were locked. He also brought me 2 wheeled carts and unlocked my unit for me. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service! Also I sent email regarding question on dumpster usage and manager replied back to me within hours. Fantastic customer service at this location.

Very poor experience. Truck was suppose to be ready to pick up at 9:30am went in and they didn't have the truck I reserved even though they had 20 trucks in the parking lot. Stated those are in town use only. Was told to come back at noon to get a truck. Go back at noon and the trucks were sitting in the check in line with no one checking them in. One was a truck that had been there at 9:30am. Took them 30 more minutes to get us the truck pulled around. Did the contract then come to find out they don't have a utility dolly that I reserved. Why are you allowing people to reserve items that the store does not have? They had over 3 employees working and they were not busy but no one could do the truck check in job? This trip has been the worst experience I have had with U-Haul in my life. Wasted the day of being off work and didn't get to leave until the following morning since we didn't get the truck loaded in time since it was picked up late.

It was a cramped place, hard to bring in and park. They asked for a tip. Made us sweep out a truck that wasn't dirty and said they would charge us an extraordinary amount if we didn't do it. The person in charge was vaping and blowing smoke. Slow service. Billings service was excellent.

Our pick up date was in Billings Montana. The day before we were supposed to pick the truck up, Friday, we were told that the Billings location would not have a truck available, and the only truck available was an hour away, I would hqve to pick it up, and not until Saturday. I found this unacceptable. I made my reservation on May 30, 2022, and my reservation was for August 27, 2022. So basically, Uhaul will not guarantee you a vehicle on the date that you reserve one. I did get a vehicle on the day that I needed it, but they took that vehicle from another customer that reserved it, and said they will deal with him when he comes in to pick it up.so it all comes down to this; Uhaul will take your reservation and say yes to everyone who calls, yet does not have enough vehicles to handle the demand. Also, our vehicle leaked in the cargo compartment at the top of the door and ruined a King size mattress that we had purchased one month earlier. They state that "THEIR VEHICLES ARE WATER RESISTANT, NOT WATER PROOF. Just know that going into a rental agreement.

The manager is nice and friendly and helpful but not all the info was shared at the beginning so during the setup, I had to go back and forth multiple times. The storage process was fine, nothing special, but not bad. But then moving out I got charged automatically on the 26th, and my new apartment cleared me to move in early on the 26th, moved out of the storage unit on the 27th, my payment hadn't even fully posted then, told the employee on the 27th that I was moving out. Went to talk to store employee about a credit or a partial credit as I missed it by one day and have yet to hear from the manager do I'm assuming the answer is no... So I'm out $125 for one day and they get to rent it again and make double the money, how is that fair? Plus when I rented the truck from the office to clear out the storage unit, the employee was so rude that I just wanted to get out of there.

Jessica went out of her way to make up for a very poor moving experience. Friendly, thoughtful and thorough, she followed through to find us accommodations, even though it wasn't her responsibility. People like her make me want to use UHaul again

The Storage was only accessible for limited hours each day and. when I moved out, I received three different emails asking me to make payments. I was told by a gentleman at the desk that he took care of it and had me moved out as of 7/30/22 and it took until 8/15 when I had to go back in to the facility after numerous phone calls to get the situation cleared up. There is an obvious lack of communication and it felt like the only time i was allowed to access my belongings and unit was when it was convenient for the workers at the facility. I was also placed next to the rear entrance to the storage building and on multiple occasions, when I asked the workers to unlock the back door for me to access my unit, on a door which is supposed to be open during business hours, they seemed annoyed at my request and half the time I had to let myself in through the front entrance and then walk across the warehouse to open the doors from the inside. The entire experience from start to finish felt like a hassle and if I needed a storage unit again I would probably go elsewhere.

Everything was excellent. The employee was helpful and professional. The only reason I would not give Uhaul 5 stars is that the vehicle we rented smelled so badly of smoke it was unbearable. My husband and I both would get headaches riding in the cab it was so strong. Very unhandy when driving across 4 states. Everything else was great.

The office hrs aren't the best considering it took 3 attempts to get a working storage unit (1st one was already taken, 2nd one had no lock) and still be able to access it when all was said and done. The advertised hrs are not accurate as they are currently doing renovations and access hrs are limited to office hrs right now. I was not aware of that until after all this mess happened and almost didn't have time to get my boxes into the storage unit that I drove 30 gas expensive minutes for. I will be going back today to continue what I started yesterday and was unable to finish due to early closing. That being said, the staff did go out of their way to remedy all these problems and still leave me with time to unload my boxes that were with me yesterday.

I was a little caught off guard concerning the storage being inside a building. Considering the fact that myself and my moving helpers couldn't have access to park up close to the storage doors. However I do appreciate the first month fee being free. I could not pass that up. The staff was very friendly, helpful and over all had the best customer service.

The staff was great, very helpful when I was moving and needed storage on short notice. Despite the great employees, my Uhaul experience soured. I rented a trailer for my move and had to return it early due to issues with my truck; Uhaul would not refund any of my payment. Cost over $600 to rent a trailer for 6 days.

For both pickup and drop off it took 45 minutes, which was extremely difficult with a baby. I do not feel it should have taken that long. During pick up the manager was very professional and helpful but the drop off was the worst. We were not verbally told it would be $1/mile and failed to read the fine print, it was way more money than what we were expecting. Drop off took a really long time and the gentleman helping us smelled as though he hadn't bathed in months and it was apparent he didn't know what he was doing and the other person there wasn't much more help either. I usually use uhaul when having to do things (rent a trailer, etc) but this whole experience has made me feel like I will most likely be looking into other options before turning to uhaul again.

The only problem I have was the U-Haul employees in Utah weren't to friendly did not feel welcome and the U-Haul in Nephi forgot our dolly. I will say the uhauls in montana we're so wonderful and nice very professional and even went above to help.
