I opened the back sliding door. Loaded the truck. When I tried to close the door the cable had came off the rewind spring spindle and got all tangled up. Took me an hour in the 97 degree heat to untangle so I could close the door. And I was already worn out from loading the truck.Matt R.

The storage units my wife and I reserved for the 27th of the month were not prepared and cleaned for use however my wife continued to receive phone calls repeatedly requesting payment for the units even though they were unoccupied. After speaking with 2 different representatives, an assistant manager and the manager by phone and in person, they attempted to correct the problems but were unable to, so we decided that we should not go forward and rent the units because of the repeated delays and difficulties and the additional costs of time and money. Unfortunate for all concerned parties including U-Haul. This survey requires us to rate the facility and the personnel even though we didn't occupy the units so I was required to do this rating and answer the questions regardless of the response.Thomas D. | Overall Experience

Was told to return the truck with more fuel than they gave it to me. (I received it on empty which is ridiculous). When I returned it with the correct amount, they claimed it wasn't enough and took away the credit. I rented a trailer 2 weeks later and was assured by the store over the phone on the return day that I wouldn't be charged an additional day, but when I got my invoice was charged that extra day.Aaron C.

I think it has changed ownership in recent past and it has been a little better. But the previous owner/manager was a total Asswhole. The only complaints I have for the last Several months is that there was always trash around, on the weekends there was always a very long wait because they only had 2 people working behind the desk. Last thing, when I checked out for the final time, I told the guy I had one more thing to come get the next morning. If you're there before open, there's horrible reception so doing mobile pickup is pretty much impossible. You have to be connected to the guest Wi-Fi which was told to us by an associate, luckily there was one there since we were there a little before open.Logan B.

Uhaul moved the location where I wanted to pick up so I had to go out of the way to get it. Then uhaul tried to get me to transport an empty trailer with me because they couldn't do their job themselves. Then the first movers only 1 of 2 workers showed up and the moving owner got an attitude with me for wanting a partial refund. The 2nd group of movers came in and asked for a tip before they even did any work. Then when I went to drop off the truck the people at the location acted like they had no clue what was going on. Blaring issues with rented vehicles should be marked off on pictures. If the vehicle has been in some type of accident but still in good working condition don't have me dispute a new picture of the vehicle. I know people don't read contracts so start their time once they leave the lot. The gentleman gave me time to do so. Other customers may not get it if they don't ask.Harry N.

The auto hauler I had reserved was not readily available so the workers just grabbed another trailer that was more convenient for them. The workers did not notify the manager that I had used a different trailer and after I had returned it, I received a call a few days later telling me that my trailer was still out and I assured them that I had returned it the same day and I even got help disconnecting it from some different workers. Today, almost a week later, I noticed that I have been charged over $400 and when I called the lady who answered the phone did take care of me but the original trailer that I had reserved, had been rented and it subsequently charged my card when the trailer was returned. The manager and the lady I talked to did assure me that my money would be refunded, but the problem still occurred and I was charged for something I didn't do. I should've said something that day about the trailer swap but I trusted those guys to make the change and I guess that's what I deserve for being trusting.Paul R.

The facility disregarded my contract on the unit I rented by giving it out to someone else. I was told because I hadn't moved in yet it was declared vacant. Never mind my contract and payment I had on auto pay. Luckily for you the facility had an open unit they put me in. This is the only thing that prevented me filing a lawsuit for breaching the contract and damages of the difference between the contracted price and whatever the higher price would be at another facility. That is stealing when misinformed and it cost me more money if I had been properly informed I would have moved out last month. The staff are just not responsive to customers and don't follow through. I again had to wait 15 minutes for your staff to stop chatting in your parking to close my storage unit account. Then after requesting to close the account i was told they would need to inspect the unit and then send me an email. None of this occurred. Employees at the location were very helpful. Brandi helped us find the unit we needed and provided useful information regarding our check-in and what to expect moving forward. She also, made the truck drop-off seamless.John B. | First Impressions
Staff was not professional. He rushed the entire transaction. Anytime I would ask a question he would cut me off by answering the question before I could even finish saying it (sometimes he provided the wrong answer because he wouldn't wait to hear my entire question before answering). He was eating his lunch right in front of me as I was trying to get information about my uhaul (normally I wouldn't mind this but this guy was eating mozzarella sticks so he was stretching the cheese out of his mouth while speaking to me. Just very unprofessional). While walking me to my storage unit he was moving quickly. At one point he turned two corners and I didn't know where he went because he was walking so far ahead of me. After we arrived at my storage unit, he opened the door for me then wished me a nice day and walked off. I would have appreciated if he would have asked if I had any questions about the unit (which I did) or offered to walk me back to the front of the storage building because the place was a maze. I had to figure out how to get out on my own since he left immediately after opening the door. I rated 2 stars because the worker was able to complete my reservation without any issues so he at least did that part well.Asia C. | First Impressions
