I have never had such a good customer service experience as I had with the woman who was in charge of my truck rental (both check out and return). She had such a positive attitude, and even though there were hiccups with the truck check out process, her attitude made me so happy, even with everything. It wasn't just me, either--she worked this way with every person she talked to and made the overall experience fantastic. Please keep her around and have her train people because it's wonderful to get service like that today.Melissa N.

My keys were not in the box when I was ready to pick the truck up also I reserved a dolly and 6 furniture pads it wasn't in the truck this was very inconvenient for me. Reservation was made for a 26' movibg truck, 5 days in advance at the Uhaul location a mile from my house. The day of pickup, I received a call early in the morning and was told that they don't know what happened, but they don't have a truck for me. They did have one nearly 10 miles further away and it was mine, or they would just cancel my reservation. Being I was moving, I had no choice and yes, the charge me for the extra miles to get the truck, even though the error was on their end.Jim M.
Prior to my reservation, I received a couple emails with my contract attached. One problem- I received this contract because someone else had picked up the truck in my name, and even signed â€œMRâ€ on the contract listing my name. Needless to say, I was not happy- but I waited to address it until I went in for my reservation. When I entered the store the following day, the employee was also confused and said it must have been a system glitch. But how does the system glitch and the other employee not pay attention to the customers name before allowing them sign the contract? I was not charged for the other rental, and the truck is still out. There better not be a charge under my name when they return the truck either. DO NOT GO HERE. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They got my reservation wrong, I was given a price when I called then they ended up charging me an insane amount. They are just going to try and find whatever reason to up charge you. Not too mention the store was disgusting. I've been trying to get ahold of a manager to let them know how horrible it is. When returning the vehicle, there was no outside to check the return . And when the attendant inside was informed she instantly became irritated and said there was . Your employees don't know the difference between 7/8 and 3/4 tank of gas and you charged me extra money for it after I filled it back up to the level I was TOLD to fill it up to. It's my fault your employees can't count. I will never rent a uhaul again or recommend them to anyone. I will in courage others to use any other company whenever possible. I hope it was worth the $20 because I wasn't done moving and I was planning to rent a van again. That costs more than the $20 extra you stole from me so congrats on your lost income.Chad C.

I had two 5 x 10 storage units reserved for 6/26/21. They were free for the first month. When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should’ve at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn’t have a choice. I’ve used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won’t use your location again.
