Staff in the AM was very helpful
KURT DI was charged 2 gallons of gas and drove 5 miles... The dial was just below 3/4 but when I was taking pictures the app wouldn't let me do anything less than 3/4 of a tank and so I was charged for it... Not happy overall.
NICHOLAS ZMcKenzie was awesome. Check-in process with two keypads is a little cumbersome, you probably hear that a lot.

DAVID LThis is the best Uhaul location I've been to. It was well organized and very quick to get in and out. More locations like this would be the best improvement for uhaul as a whole.
RIDGELY WThe rear drop-down door was difficult to operate for the last few inches. Also the ramp was very difficult to push in the last 12-14 inches. The interior of the truck needs to be cleaned as well as the ramp which (like the last rental I had) was very dirty.

I made a reservation a week ago to pick up off hours, it didn't tell me until I arrived that morning that my account was flagged and couldn't be remedied without the store being open. My account was flagged 2 years ago because your automated systems didn't like my ID picture, that was a whole other problem 2 years ago, never got my rental. This time, you wait until I'm on location, ready to pick up my truck to tell me I can't. After the location opened, the store manager sat on hold with you "e alert" call center for almost an hour waiting for them to remove the block on my account. If there was that big of a problem with my id picture, you should've told me when I first booked the reservation. Absolutely ridiculous, wasted 2 hours in the morning. Truck was fine, annoying that you send them out half empty but whatever. Store manager (assistant manager?) Aubrey, was a delight. The only positive to the experience. She also had no idea why your system was so messed up with my id. Never again.
ANDREW RPick up and drop off was easy peasy. I didn't catch the store clerk's name but she was great and she had the truck pulled up to the front and warming up for me when I got there.

JAMES PExtremely long waiting to get rentals very expensive charged me $15 for gas and I had pictures that showed I returned at the same amount.
MARK EEverything went very smooth. The girl (Mekenzy knew her stuff. She discovered what i was using the trailer for and told me that the one I rented was too small, and bumped me up to the size I needed. I would have been lost with a useless trailer had she not. Don't fix anything. It works well.

I showed up at 8 am and was told by them that the trailer was never delivered and that I would have to drive to Victor to pick up. That added about 2 hours round trip to my day. Communication would have been nice as I would have made other arrangements. Next time I will use Penske or other options.

James AVery good experience. Equipment was ready and check-in was pretty quick. The location the truck was pulled up next to the building made it difficult to take driver side photos of the truck and trailer, giving an extra foot or two away from the building would help.

VOLODYMYR AWell for starters, having to driver an additional 48 miles to pick up and return a cargo van is absolutely ridiculous. How are the vans individually owned by each location? I would recommend deducting the milage driven from the location where you made your reservation to the new location to pick up the van. That is my major concern.
STEVEN RInside of the front window could be cleaned on the truck, hard to see at night. Super easy location to rent from. Adjusted my pick up time and drop off no questions asked, really great customer service .
Connor SThe only reason I would recommend this location is for its location and you do have good equipment. Isaac was extremely friendly and helpful but Mackenzie the owner and another women Who checked me out when I returned it were not friendly and didn't greet me with a good morning or a smile.

ANTONIO GNeed a closer location, everything close to us was over 40 mins away. That is where most of our milage went was driving to and from the location of the business. I know everyone is in the money business, but it would of helped to be closer.

I'm unsure how or why this really happened. I was told that it was because they didn't have the unit chosen as an online check in choice, but that was not clearly stated and when I received a text to do it online, why would I think that would make a difference in what unit I was given? I'm super disappointed and not sure I will keep my stuff here after this month. Which makes more work for us now, and is very frustrating

Also, no explanation was previously provided about having to use two different keypads to enter the facility and then the facility keypad required me to enter the code 3 times before it worked. If you offer a 24/7 virtual check in process then the tools you need to use to do the checkin in need to work.

visnja c | Overall ExperienceTerrible customer service. I moved from out of state and qualified for 1 month free storage. I requested a storage unit on the ground floor and paid for it over the phone. When I went there to pick up the keys it was on the second floor after waiting in line for over 20 mins I was given a ground floor unit. The counter person did not tell me it was a larger unit and that there would be a upgrade fee. When I received my bank statement there was a $154.00 charge and a $60.00 charge for the unit and upgrade. I immediately went down and ask why I'm charged this because I was told it was free. They said the person made a mistake and they would take it off and credit it back. That never happened after numerous attempts to get it taken off I was then told it was a bank problem and to call my bank, which I did but it was not my bank. It took many phone calls and trips to uhaul to get this resolved which was finally credited back. Would never recommend uhaul!

DAVID L | Overall ExperienceWe used U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor for storage. We stored our things there for almost eight months. The storage facility is nice and clean and climate controlled. We especially liked that we could drive our cars and rentals right in to unload, and again to load when we left. This is great in any weather and especially nice when it's too hot or cold out. They even have a nice little section where you can take or leave items in good condition. We bought packing materials and ended up renting a 15-foot truck when we were ready to move our things. The people there are great, over the course of this year we have spoken to four employees there. Each person was kind, treated us with respect, and was very helpful. I highly recommend using U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor.
