Truck was given to us without a full tank of gas which your Uhaul sales person noted when we received the truck. Even though we only went 15 miles and put in two gallons of gas we were charged $35 for 7 gallons of gas. Now we have to take extra time to go back and get a refund.James C.

Rental contract had incorrect-mileage and gas amt from vehicle when I got inside was advised by manager that I must go on the link and change this information when I tried to do so because the mileage was so off the system would not allow me to change it would pop up a box stating you must please see a representative cannot change mileage the contract shows 73370.0 the mileage was actually 81456.8 the gas amount showed a half a tank on the contract there was actually a quarter tank in the vehicle I did take vehicles of all of this I also called the 800 number as what is advised to do this with the lady in Titusville she said she just cannot change the contract I must call the 800 number when I called the 800 number the lady advised me that when I turn in the vehicle it will be obvious that I did not drive as many miles you know over 10,000 that it's going to show so that they will not charge me extra mileage I also had to extend the rental of the truck she told me just when I turn it in that the charge would take place at that time she was to be getting me two additional free days when I checked out The system actually charged me for two days extension versus at this time one which I should be charged for oneMELISSA N.

The drop off signs state to stay with your vehicle when returning. I waited 2 mins and beeped horn. Still waited another 2 mins. The garage door was open but no one came to verify my truck return. I finally went in the store and was greeted and assisted with professionalism. Thank you.GAIL H.

I had three different experiences in the same day. Truck rental was good. The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. You have some good attitudes there and some need work. Overall my needs were taken care of and I am a satisfied customerdewayne b. | First Impressions

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174.00 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month startedjovita f. | Overall Experience

When I went online to make reservation, it was showing I'd be charged over $250 for what turned out to be a $65 rental for one day. I actually had to call store to get the correct amount. I almost didn't call as price quoted was to much.JACINTO P.

Have better pick up help, did not get acknowledged and had to ask that I get checked in. A fuse was out on my pickup they did not have a fuse and had to go get one I am sure this must happen sometimes. Over all not good business operators. Drop off was a night just as bad. Local drop off dealer said they would not take it. Called 2 other local dealers and was told the same thing. I call customer service and they told me to return it to the listed drop dealer. I went there and was agin told they would not take it, after me saying I was going to leave anyway they finally took it. A real poor way to run a business. Dick Patterson.RICHARD P.

A BIG thank you to 'Brandon Tongate' for his courteous assistance! I arrived after hours to return the vehicle and was having trouble seeing what to do and after sitting in the truck for 5 minutes trying to shine a light on the small print... Brandon (who was off the clock) and leaving to get in his vehicle came and assisted me with clear and professional help without any regard for being OFF work and naturally in a hurry to get home. Kudos for an asset he is to your workplace. Such dedication to company and customer is a rarity these days! By the way, I am a ''senior citizen' who values such displays of professionalism. Arrived at opening for a hitch installation appointment to be told they don't install hitches!. I bought the parts and put them on myself. Also, I had to grind away much of the powder coating on the hitch/ball mount down to bare metal on much of the unit to even get it to go into the receiver. That shouldn't be!. Not one of my better days. I'd like to know what can be done to rectify this part that will rust?.Robert S.
