Truck had less gas then agreed on when I picked it up, and had not been swept. Lots of dirt and some chunks of broken glass in the back. Seems like this was a one-off as I usually have a great experience at this location, will still be coming back.SEAN M.

Improve the paperwork process the checking in in particular takes too long and if there is any form of a line waiting you're there an hour. I waited almost exactly an hour to return a trailer.Paul C.

Because the electronic pads to get in were down for previous week & still were when I left so I had to chase down the one worker you had to let me in so very inconvenient & I could get any help carrying the Harvey stuff because I couldn’t get in the late evenings. I would like someone to call me. My experience was awful. I received a truck that the passenger door would not shut unless really slammed from the outside. So my passenger had to climb through the driver side my husband told the lady about it when we received it she said oh yeah we know we haven't had it fixed yet. So 5 minutes into our journey a roach came out of the glove box . The radio has a short somewhere it kept coming in and out.When we were done and cleaning the over head compartment we found a piece of a Blount. I said something when we went to drop off and told him I felt like I ke I needed a discount because it was absolutely ridiculous and no discount was given. I have dealt with you guys for a long time and I really feel like I will go somewhere else. That truch should not of even been allowed to be rented. When I went to the location at my appointment time. The doors were locked, no one was working and the store was closed. I had to spend 30 min sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone who could approve me for truck share. On top of that after I loaded my truck. The truck bed door had issues and wouldn't open. I had to wait over an hour for roadside assistance and then for him to repair. This took away from the time I needed the truck for. I did not get to finish my project.Theresa K.
Last minute, my reservation was changed (not requested by me because Garden Street is a block from my house) from Garden street to a location on Washington ave. The Washington avenue location is a literal crack house. A man answered the door in his underwear and there were tweakers sleeping in a van next to the ONE uhaul they had. There were plenty of trucks at Garden street, so I'm not sure why I was told by uhaul to go to a frack house 15 minutes away instead. Close the Washington location down, please. I am a single woman, and I felt in danger having to go there. I left and went to Garden street where they helped me out and were awesome.TEALIA D.

I would like to speak to someone. I had to have roadside change SIX tires on the van and trailer before I could EVEN get on the road. THAT IS SHOCKINGLY ABHORRENT AND UNACCEPTABLE!! All of that should have been handled before the released the vehicle to me. Not to mention I had to forfeit my first rental because your representative was a rude, uncooperative, and frankly in considerate of anyone but himself!!! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FULL RENTAL FEE!!!!! Truck was given to us without a full tank of gas which your Uhaul sales person noted when we received the truck. Even though we only went 15 miles and put in two gallons of gas we were charged $35 for 7 gallons of gas. Now we have to take extra time to go back and get a refund.James C.

Rental contract had incorrect-mileage and gas amt from vehicle when I got inside was advised by manager that I must go on the link and change this information when I tried to do so because the mileage was so off the system would not allow me to change it would pop up a box stating you must please see a representative cannot change mileage the contract shows 73370.0 the mileage was actually 81456.8 the gas amount showed a half a tank on the contract there was actually a quarter tank in the vehicle I did take vehicles of all of this I also called the 800 number as what is advised to do this with the lady in Titusville she said she just cannot change the contract I must call the 800 number when I called the 800 number the lady advised me that when I turn in the vehicle it will be obvious that I did not drive as many miles you know over 10,000 that it's going to show so that they will not charge me extra mileage I also had to extend the rental of the truck she told me just when I turn it in that the charge would take place at that time she was to be getting me two additional free days when I checked out The system actually charged me for two days extension versus at this time one which I should be charged for oneMELISSA N.

I had three different experiences in the same day. Truck rental was good. The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me.
