The drop off signs state to stay with your vehicle when returning. I waited 2 mins and beeped horn. Still waited another 2 mins. The garage door was open but no one came to verify my truck return. I finally went in the store and was greeted and assisted with professionalism. Gracias.GAIL H.

I had three different experiences in the same day. Truck rental was good. The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174.00 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month startedjovita f. | Overall Experience

Excellent service to drop off this trailer. It was fast and easy to handle and the young lady who met me was very friendly and efficient. I personally only use this location when renting or dropping off due to the location and great service.LEON L.

When I went online to make reservation, it was showing I'd be charged over $250 for what turned out to be a $65 rental for one day. I actually had to call store to get the correct amount. I almost didn't call as price quoted was to much.JACINTO P.

Have better pick up help, did not get acknowledged and had to ask that I get checked in. A fuse was out on my pickup they did not have a fuse and had to go get one I am sure this must happen sometimes. Over all not good business operators. Drop off was a night just as bad. Local drop off dealer said they would not take it. Called 2 other local dealers and was told the same thing. I call customer service and they told me to return it to the listed drop dealer. I went there and was agin told they would not take it, after me saying I was going to leave anyway they finally took it. A real poor way to run a business. Dick Patterson.RICHARD P.

A BIG thank you to 'Brandon Tongate' for his courteous assistance! I arrived after hours to return the vehicle and was having trouble seeing what to do and after sitting in the truck for 5 minutes trying to shine a light on the small print... Brandon (who was off the clock) and leaving to get in his vehicle came and assisted me with clear and professional help without any regard for being OFF work and naturally in a hurry to get home. Kudos for an asset he is to your workplace. Such dedication to company and customer is a rarity these days! By the way, I am a ''senior citizen' who values such displays of professionalism. Arrived at opening for a hitch installation appointment to be told they don't install hitches!. I bought the parts and put them on myself. Also, I had to grind away much of the powder coating on the hitch/ball mount down to bare metal on much of the unit to even get it to go into the receiver. That shouldn't be!. Not one of my better days. I'd like to know what can be done to rectify this part that will rust?.Robert S.

Everything and everyone at location is wonderful. High five to Brittany and Vincent for great customer service. The U-Haul 1800 experience leaves A LOT to be desired. Hold times are excessive and often you wait and then are told to call regional number number and wait on hold again.SUSAN M.

The service I received was well appreciated. One of my problems with moving is that I don't do it everyday, and am not so good at it. The person who checked me in seemed to understand that and helped me a lot by practically walking me through the check out procedure. He helped me with everything I needed to know. The main issue I had was that my due date would be on the 28th of the month and whenever I would try calling in, I'd be placed on hold for upwards of about 40-50 minutes and eventually I would have to give up. I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Overall I don't have any complaints with the storage facility at all. There are some bugs here and there. The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc). They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people). Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick.
