Hire another person- there are lots of customers and only two employees at the desk at a time. There were lines and they were working as fast as they could. (Saturday)

This location is a model in inefficiency and always has been. No competition brings out the worst in companies. Have never been here when it was not long lines and frustrated customers. Other than that the workers are nice seem overworked and stressed and they have a big turnover. I don’t blame them I blame management and ownership of this location.

I used the online check in option to pick up the vehicle from my mobile phone and the process felt like a total disaster. The only thing that saved me from never wanting to use uhaul again was the employee inside the store. He was very great and helpful and I will continue business with you and let everyone know that I like uhaul based on my experience I received in the store. I will not use the mobile option again nor recommend anyone else use it either. Once again please give kudos to the Titusville Uhaul store for making my move a great one.

(1) Employee who helped me pick-up an auto transport trailer assumed WAY too much about my understanding on its attachment and operation. A better tutorial/refresher would have been appreciated. (2) We reserved 8 dozen blankets, but they gave us 8 bundles of 6 blankets, or half of the request, so we had to go back for more.

There was only one employee there when I arrived. That is not safe for the employee or the property and also means that customers may have an extended wait.

They overcharged me. They charged me for a dolly which I didn’t get. They were supposed to take it off when I returned the truck and charged me $23.00 more dollars. I didn’t go that many miles and didn’t check it in on the app because they didn’t tell me I had to do that before I turned the key in after hours. I will not be using U-Haul again.??

The online reservation system was down and the phone system reservation was very crackly sounding. Thankfully the location I went to was able to work with me and get me the trailer I needed, unfortunately paying $45 after tax and the $8 optional insurance for a 3 hour rental since I had to return it before the location opened in the morning, was not what I had planned on, but neither was going 20 miles out of my way to keep the trailer longer.

Great help. A little difficult to get into with a 26' truck with auto hauler. Had to make a U-turn to get back to the drop-off site. Had to block traffic on three lanes while trying to get the truck turned around. Other than that, I highly give them a recommendation. If I need U-Haul again in the future, I will go to this location first.

Actually, you shouldn't change anything about my pick up location, the people there were very friendly and knowledgeable. My rental trailer was there as I requested it very clean and well maintained.

Truck ordered was not available. Location blamed call center, I didn't believe them as this was third cross country trip in 2 months and when location does their job call center does notify. They called me on first move to change location to one that had equipment ordered. I did not appreciate upgrade. I ordered 15' because that's what I wanted.

they had the trailer that I needed for the task but would not rent it as a one way. Had to rent a larger more expensive trailer than I needed for the job. Seems to be a marketing ploy to get more money. I'm not happy with this experience .

The guy that helped us hook up the trailer went way out of the call of duty to diagnose why our vehicle was activating the trailer lights. After about 10 mins he figured out it was the fuses. Then, our truck wouldn't start and he gave us a jump start. It was a level of customer service we'd not experienced in years. We wanted to give the guy a $20 tip when returning the trailer but he wasn't there.

Allow an hour grace period for equipment return, I was an HR late and got charged for two days, I went the extra mile returned the trailer right where I picked it up and unhooked it myself, ask the young girl who saw me do this if this is where she wanted to be dropped off, she was ok with it there, the next day I get charged two days rental.

I've NEVER walked into this location without being told I'd have to wait. Past that, the location has improved remarkably since our first encounter five years ago. We've been faithful customers since and we're happy to see the very big improvements.

Scheduled for Thursday afternoon and then I was called and rescheduled to 7am-9:30 am since scheduler did not allocate enough time for installation. Hitch was not done until 12:30. We scheduled our VERY hectic Friday around this appt. Someone should have called when the installer did not arrive on time to meet our promised install timeline. Instead I had to waste 5 hours in city 1 hour from my home without car.

The interior of the cab could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a great truck. It only had 25,000 miles on it and drove like a new truck. That let me focus on driving and the traffic.

The main person I dealt with was no issue he was fine an older fellow whom worked there was rude, constantly insulting cursing and lost his temper very poor look and feel to deal with you should remove him as he’s dragging down your cs

I reserved a tow dolly on 3-19-19 , they did not have a tow dolly on 4-5-19. A car transport was rented at the tow dolly price. That was acceptable, but when you are getting 7 miles/gal. on the RV the extra weight was not needed. I paid $181 in Jan. for a tow dolly and a tow dolly rate of $212 on 4-5-19 ? Told it was supply and demand. This location was friendly and did a nice job handling my concerns, but a 15% increase and a loss in my gas mileage?

This is not against the locations but rather UHaul as a whole. Your reservation system really needs a lot of work. This is the third time I scheduled a truck, went to the location to pick it up only to find I had to go to another location. I did not receive any kind of notice and the original location did not even realize I had scheduled anything.

Main website was not up to date on truck availability went to 3 different locations that said they had the truck I needed online only to find the information wasn't accurate. Also couldn't believe the new charges for in town moves. A 20.00 rental ended up costing over a 100.00. Have always used uhaul for all my moves but will search for alternatives next time.

They were especially good with a paperwork issue that they resolved quickly and fairly, keeping me posted all throughout the process. Cleaning is important, cigarette butts in the ashtray and 2 drink bottle's left under the seat for some time. The bottles had caked on dust, you can tell they've been there for a while. The customer service from everyone I dealt with was great. Thanks.

When we got the truck and opened it and my brother went a couple of feet and slightly slipped.He got a bucket with a mix of water and comet and mopped over the truck bed..the young man that checked the truck back in was told about the oil and he only charged us for one day..We greatly appreciated the discount..The young man was very polite.

Was left in the dark about charges that would be added for not filling tank, no truck was available until a cancellation, (four hours later) and a mystery deposit was added for a prepaid card that was not prepaid. I know this because I used the same card in December to rent a truck with no deposit.

when I rented my u-box , the operator at the 1-800 number very miss leading. You can not take the u-box off the trailer!!!!! So the u-box is approx. $80 a month, but the trailer is $5 A DAY!!!!!
