the whole 2 charges & waiting for one to be reversed/credited is ridiculous. now my account is overdrawn right before the holidays because of two charges from U-Haul & being advised to wait on a credit. this makes no sense. the team was excellent but honestly - moving is already expensive than to have to wait 2-5 business days for your books to settle.Jazmin R.

Bad Customer service the mileage and gas was not correct and the app uhaul sent me to correct the charges did not work. I came inside to tell the Uhaul worker that the mileage and gas was not correct but he wouldn't even come outside to check for himself. I will not go back to the Uhaul store....KELVIN J.

Picking up the vehicle and dropping it off it seems fairly easy except for people that are there after hours you feel like you're going to to get robbed it's just kind of janky. I rented equipment for the rental rate of $19.99 but charged $39.99 $12.00 for milaege and $20.00 for insurance I did not agree upon.total $80. Definitely false advertisement.HEATHER B.

Despite the confusion of the flat fee rate, the personnel did their best to explain the flat fee rate and directed me to customer service. They were calm. It would be more helpful to them if they had somewhere where they can reference for all the charges. Including flat fee rates in California, the price of rental and the cost of the mileage per mile. For example, a list of prices and charges. This way, they can direct the customer to concrete information.VANESSA H.

As I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a red car and a man, "Ken" getting out. About to pull into the space next to the red car and "Karen" looked at me with a scowl and swung the door open widely so I pulled into the next designated parking space over. In line waiting to complete the return I hear "Karen" talking loudly about a red car blocking the truck they were renting. The young man with which "Karen" was conversing looked at me and asked if I had a red car. Yes, my car is red. He asked me to move my car so "Karen and Ken" could get the truck out. I was obtaining my return info, talking with a representative about the charges. I didn't understand why "Karen and Ken" made such a fuss. I went outside, looked at my car and it was not blocking the truck. All "Ken" had to do was turn the steering wheel just a little to get by. I did not appreciate being rushed to please a rude, want to be privileged "Karen". She/they dealt the "race card" by asserting their privilege. The young man could have checked the parking area. He could have helped "Ken" drive by. Instead he listened to privileged "Karen" and expected me to act immediately. I didn't need to move my car. I waited for my husband who was attempting to get clarification on the transaction. Will not be back.Christopher T.

I am easily pleased and hard to disappoint, This location was unclean and reflected onto the rental i purchased. Now, the representative did me very well by giving me a good discount on the mileage and did not require me to clean out the truck, But more needs to be done to avoid this from the beginning. Also, I reserved a 15 foot truck with an appliance dolly for the expressed move of a refrigerator and other large appliances from a two story apartment on Saturday. This took almost a month of planning between complicated work schedules. Just to arrive and find out that Uhaul had no appliance dolly's at this location. SMH! This is not a good way to conduct business. I should have received a text or call informing me of its non-availability. giving me time to go locate one. Your sales representative did a great job locating me one across town. This took more time and mileage to do, please improve this substandard way of doing business. I realize this is in an under developed area, but should the services at Uhaul be affected by its location? I do not believe so, and I know you don't either. Thank you for listeningFRANCES H.

When I returned a different guy got me checked back in really quickly and was really polite, even after I came in the wrong entrance and had to turn the truck around. Picking up the trailer my card got declined and I had to call the bank. Found out it was declined do to my address being put in wrong when it was on my driver's licenses that had I given them. Do to that problem I had forgot to ask about the blankets and dolly that was on my contract. They didn't say anything about them. I had to call customer service and get them to try and fix it 10 minutes after leaving.JONATHAN H.

However I think that people that may come to this location for the first time may have a different opinion as I am ok with working in a worn location as long as it is operational.
